I'm in the sales industry, and for me to be wowed, it doesn't take much. Although, I am in disarray. This company is set to be top notch. The sales guy paints you a pretty picture. After all said and done, you get ghosted. I have low water pressure; water taste like tap water and after leaving voicemails. No one from Puragain Water returns the call. It is not a cheap system, if I would on none their customer service and water quality was to end up this poorly. I would have installed one myself. We have had our system now for several months. From the beginning to current their whole staff has been nothing but amazing! We noticed after installing their whole house system that we saw some differences within the house such as a ring around the toilet (we have 6 bathrooms) so my wife made a call and they were here immediately. Apparently our water is harder than expected so the technician changed the beads (no charge) and gave us all his information. At signing, they were offering reverse osmosis under the counter but we have plans to change out the sink. Not only did they write up that we are owed one...a representative called us to confirm and assure us it was ready when we are. This is a review on the service. I haven't had enough time to review the equipment since the whole home system was just installed. We received great service from Bernardo. He was very professional and even worked in the rain to ensure that the whole home filtration was installed (Note: our system has to be installed outside and it rained mid install). He also helped us move our old softener system to the curb for disposal in the rain. Further, he installed our RO+alkaline under sink system and ensured everything was properly installed, no leaks were apparent, and the areas under the sink were clean and dry. Though the install took much longer and was difficult due to the rain, he didn't complain at all, stayed even keeled, and ensured our system was installed properly. I also found out from him that he and many of his peers at Puragain are licensed plumbers and undergo a strict hiring process. I found this to be great news because they're the ones that will service our system going forward and makes the lifetime service a great value. Overall, I am happy with the installation service provided. Hopefully the water we get ends up being as good as advertised too. read more

We did our research and decided on Puragain water. There are no sales pitches, the prices are set, so there's no upselling which makes the process so much more enjoyable. I decided with this company because of the many positive reasons. One, there are three relatively small tanks, which do not require electricity and there is no water waste! Also, you only need service once a year! Service is also included for life and if you move, they will move your system for you to your new home for free. So, what are the cons? I think the only con is that it's a bit more pricey than your old Culligan huge tanks that need replacing every so often. But if you do the math, this system literally pays for itself and saves you money in the long run. Annual maintenance runs a few hundred dollars to three hundred. However, having had it for only a week, I want to say that I wish I had got this years ago! It's amazing! My hair feels healthier, my skin is softer and the water tastes great! No more hard water. No more stains on my faucets every morning. If you're in doubt about getting this, just think of the money you will spend on your home's pipes and appliances that get ruined with hard water. If this isn't enough to convince you, then do a little homework on how many cities are now turning into recycling sewage water! I know, gross. I want to thank Brett, our sales person that was amazing in explaining the process and making suggestions. Very professional. The installers were Eric and Luis and they were exceptional. They were very detailed in the work and explained the entire process. They made sure to keep things clean. I was impressed to know that they are actual plumbers and were very knowledgeable with everything they were doing. Just a quick note to share my experience with Puragainwater. Weds before Thanksgiving I noted that the water filtration system was leaking from the main line. It was after hours and I had family coming over the next day. I left a message and minutes later received a call from Brian G. Customer service at their best! Our water filter was installed since last year. Once in a while, our water will be too harsh for our skin even with the filter. Brea water have tons of chlorine. I have a TDS to check our water level and for some odd reason it was high. Called to have it check. Called and made an appointment for Julio to come. Julio was amazing.
