Immediately I was greeted with genuinely kind girls who clearly love what they do and believe in delivering quality service. I went in to get an acrylic fill and right away was asked if I wanted a coffee or water, was encouraged to choose my own color, and was greeted with a beautifully designed environment. Ashley was the absolute sweetest and took amazing care of my overly sensitive nail beds. She made a normally nerve wracking nail experience comfortable and relaxing! The owner Brittney is probably one of the most passionate, friendly, humble salon owners I've ever met. I've had snobby, rude owners in the past and Brittney immediately came up and introduced herself, and after inquiring about Plush it became clear that this business is her baby. After my nail appointment I promptly set up an appointment for spray tans for my mom and I! I'll now only go here and would strongly encourage anyone who wants self care galore to make an appointment!

I gathered that meant I needed a clean-up haircut for my out of control mop. I called around the area but only one could get an appointment for me in time for our event. I spoke with the owner, Janel, and she said "OF COURSE, we can get you taken care of!!!" She had me fixed up with an "appointment midafternoon tomorrow, OK?" I told her I was grateful for whatever I could get as long as it was in time. When I walked in, she was ready and waiting, asked me just how I'd like my styling done and if there were any other services I'd need, then she went right to work. When she was done, I have to admit, I LOOKED GREAT, thanks to her skills. She is as they say ... truly a Master of the Arts! The accommodation, friendly manner, clean studio, excellent cut, and a comfortable price ... what could I possibly offer but 5 STARS!!! You need a job done very well? CALL JANEL! She lights up a room and your mood instantly spikes. That's just the way she is. She has her own adorable, comfortable treatment room and you feel instantly at home. My eyebrows have never looked so on-point. I used to go to a waxing chain in Spokane Valley, but after getting the personal, 5 star service from Dianne I will never go back to a chain again. Electrolysis is a very personal and intrusive procedure, but Dianne is so good at what she does and proficient, that it felt like a family member was just getting rid of some hair for me- permanently of course! She probably doesn't even need this review for new clients cause word-of-mouth has gotten her so far already with clients new and old, but she deserves it! If I could give negative stars I would. I was put off on the phone when I called to inquire about…read moreservices. The woman was curt with me on the phone and proceeded to tell me what I could and could not tolerate pain wise. I ended up making an appointment based on my better judgement. Fast forward to the day of my appointment where I arrived 15 minutes early to complete any paperwork. When I arrived, I was told the person I had an appointment with would not be back for the day by two rude girls (one haircut girl and the other did mani/pedi). Neither one bothered to pick up the phone to see if the person I did have an appointment with would be back. So I waited. The technician arrived 10 minutes after my appointment time. Communication to acknowledge me by this person is the type I usually reserve for people I really don't like. Anyways, after 15-20 minutes of completing paperwork and talking about what she was going to do, I had a 15 minute appointment because, well she was late! Fast forward to next appointment, where I was once again greeted (I use that term loosely) by the same rude haircut girl. She glanced at me and looked back at her text before deciding to acknowledge me without ever glancing back up from her phone. Once again I arrived 15 minutes early and after about 10, rude haircut girl asked if I had an appointment (finally!). Yes, I did. My appointment was at 9:15 and at 9:24 I gathered my items and started to leave. Finally the technician asked if she could help me to which I was astonished since I was her next appointment. I had just met her the prior week! Needless to say, by the time I sat down for my procedure, to which she was now 22 minutes late for, I decided it wasn't going to work for me. I told her I wouldn't be back. She then started to go on the attack and then tried to reach over and hug me. I told her no, I stood up, grabbed my purse and walked out! You ask about the services?? How should I know. I've only spent time waiting (40 minutes), got a 15 minute procedure which should have been 1/2 hour since I paid for 1/2 hour. Would I recommend. NO WAY!!

I felt soothed just walking in with the sounds and smells of the spa. Andrea is a new masseuse to the spa..and boy are they lucky! I get massages on a weekly basis and know a good masseuse, and Andrea is really top notch! During the massage I remember thinking "I hope she gets this spot," and seconds later she would be working out that very knot. it happened so many times I swear she's psychic! Andrea's technique is flawless, her pressure was perfect (I like deep tissue massage) and I felt so amazingly gooey at the end of my hour. If I lived in Spokane or close by I'd be on her table weekly. Unfortunately for her she did such a good job, I lost the ability to do math and just threw money at the receptionist. I later Realized that I should've tipped her a bit more...so if you're reading this review and get Andrea as your masseuse...yer super lucky..and please tip her a few extra bucks for me.
