It's not even funny. They can't keep HELP that's number one! They charge you for every little thing you could possibly want done and then if you want a special time, they try to charge you for that to have your dog ready! That's not even the half of it. I'm tired of being promised a particular time and it's not until closing that my dog ends up having to be picked up. That's not even the half of it. The work has gone downhill so badly, and then the owner blatantly lied to me. I was told that my dog was only touched by the owner. Never other people bathing at other people drying it. I was told they would never use a cage to dry my dog. They lied! Not only that when I finally had enough of their bullshit about wanting to charge me because I brought my dog in in the morning, was promised to have her by 1 o'clock when I made the appointment. Well, the next thing I know a man the owner comes out and tells me in a nasty rude disrespectful tone that I don't know how business works and let me tell you! Gee, I don't know how business works. I was a CEO for 15 years! I owned an advertising company among other hats and was incredibly successful so much so that I could retire at 42 when our Child was born! The owner is an out and out bitch she's disrespectful and the work is so shotty now I found a cut on my dog the last time I brought her said something they apologized and said it would never happen again they didn't get that opportunity! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR STAY AWAY FROM HOT DOG GROOMING. I DON'T CARE HOW MANY GOOD REVIEWS THERE ARE THESE PEOPLE DON'T KNOW WHAT'S GOING ON BEHIND THE SCENES! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT THIS WOMAN GETS SOME THERAPY. SHE DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO DEAL WITH CLIENTS LET ALONE OUR FUR BABIES! AND HER PRICES ARE NEVER THE SAME. THEY'RE SO INCONSISTENT IT'S RIDICULOUS! If I could only give them a -100 I would I do however, highly recommend Pooch Pad they are incredible. My Groomer had gone away for a while, but now she's back and I am so happy to have her! She's actually opening her own place within the next year year and a half waiting to break ground! Stay away from this disgusting person and her business don't you just love these reviews !

First of all, I just got back from the vet confirming that my puppy now has an ear infection in BOTH ears! And she has conjunctivitis in her right eye. She didn't have these issues until after she came back. AND TO TOP IT ALL OFF, they didn't cut her the way I asked them to (for the second time) and this time, it looks like I found my baby on the streets. she has shaved pieces all over (Which was asked to do since she had a couple knots they said they couldn't get out-weird bc I have gotten them out before), and she looks so uneven. Some long pieces on her paws and underbelly. Ugh, JUST HORRIBLE. NEVER. AGAIN.

I have been going to All About Pets Grooming for many years, and I highly recommend them. I believe…read morethat they are the best in Raleigh - family owned with reasonable prices and excellent service. They are also easy to find, centrally located in North Raleigh. It's important to know that they are frequently booked out 4-6 weeks. So when you make an appointment, allow some time to see them because they are very popular. And well worth the wait! I have two dogs (a Cavachon and an English Cocker Spaniel) which require frequent grooming. I am very particular about their grooming and they always look great! I also appreciate the fact that my pups love to go there which gives me great peace of mind. All About Pets is owned by Joyce who is dedicated to providing the best care for your dog. Joyce is highly experienced, detail oriented, very kind and truly cares about you and your dog. She keeps thorough and accurate records about each detail of your dog's grooming. Each grooming session is custom made just for your dog. The groomers are excellent, too - very thorough and experienced. They also provide detailed report cards summarizing each visit. They provide ear cleaning, expression of anal glands, nail grinding and de-matting during each visit. I like the fact that my dogs have the same groomer for each visit which maintains consistency. You can also drop off supplies there to support local dog shelters. I am very grateful to Joyce and her groomers for the wonderful care that they provide. Always a great experience for me and my dogs!

I swear he will present himself proudly to me after a visit there saying through his eyes "look how handsome I look!" But so much more than that, the owner and her staff are angels on earth. They love on him so good - so much so that they are all part of our family. We made the tough choice today to say goodbye to our old man - 22 years old! We brought him to the Soapy Dog to say goodbye to his fan club. And all of them cried with us and comforted us and loved on him for the final time. They are a remarkable group of people and I would recommend their services (and friendship) to anyone.

About a week prior to my appointment an employee called and said they had a cancellation so I was able to get my dog's haircut sooner. A day or two before my originally scheduled appointment I received a text notification reminder in reference to my initial appointment. I left a message stating I had already came and did not get anymore notifications about that appointment. The business is small and located downtown Knightdale. There is street parking in front of the business. Two chairs were located near the front counter and front door to sit and do paperwork. There are several pictures of dogs on the wall and there is a room located behind the front counter where the animals are groomed. When I arrived I checked in and had to fill out paperwork for my dog. I was also asked if it was ok to give my dog a treat. I was advised that for the appointment it would take 4 hours. When I dropped my dog off Johnell advised me that it would be longer. I was called approximately 4.5 hours after I dropped my dog off. Johnell asked me what type of cut I wanted and did a good job grooming my dog. When I went to pay I was charged extra because I was told that my dog moved a lot during the appointment.

I looked on Yelp for mobile dog groomers and reviews. Metrohound had a lot of good reviews but seemed that recent reviews were much less favorable, so I started calling others. I did not experience any of the unresponsiveness some other reviewers complained of, and groomer arrived promptly for appointment. The groomer handled my "enthusiastic" pups (both are large & rambunctious) with care and efficiency. Price was reasonable for the services and convenience. I plan to use Metrohound again!
