Sat at the bar, Jameka the bartender was great, never had to wait for a drink. She helped us through the menu and made us feel at home. The food came out hot and you could tell everything was made fresh! read more

Bailey was extremely helpful, accommodated for a birthday and was around often for refills and dishes. Food was amazing, food was always hot and drinks were refilled constantly. Restaurant was not too loud, amazing atmospher. read more

Kathy was my server and she was very sweet and took care of us! We always have a great time here with my friends.

It's been a while since I've been to this place ... and I deeply regret it. The pizza is SOOOO good. It may be difficult to find any better in the area. I recently ordered the Caivano which is a meat lovers option. Amazing!!! And it all begins with the crust. So doughy, tender, and chewy. Exactly what I love in a pizza. And the ingredients added on top made for a wonderful experience. I look forward to returning soon! read more

Love coming here for the best pizza in town. Staff is great and the pizzas are perfect! My favorite thing s the mimosa pizza

I love Pupatella but the service at this specific location is pretty slow but the service is pretty friendly at least. read more

THE WORST SERVICE!!!! This review is only for this location at Mosaic District. I love Pupattella and my family from out of state also came to love Pupattella so we usually go here when they're in town. Today, we got to this location. It was after lunch so it was empty. Got seated right away in the main dining room close to the front door and kitchen. Several minutes passed after being seated and given menus, and no one came to our table to see if we wanted drinks or have any questions, which has been pretty normal when dining out. Finally had to stand up and got the attention of one of thr workers. We placed our order (drinks and food). Not once after receiving our food order did our server, whoever that was supposed to be, asked us how the food was, or if we needed refills, or needed anything else. I believe there were 2 workers in the dining area, and whoever was in the kitchen. By this time, we were the only ones dining inside. I had to walk to the other side of our table, saw the 2 workers sitting down on a counter, amd I asked for a box and the check. This, by far, has been the worst service I've received here..we have dined at Pupattella in Reston and Chantilly with the same family members from out of town and this was a pretty embarrassing experience. If the restaurant was busy, I get it. But we were literally the only ones dining in at the time. The lack of acknowledgement that we were even sitting inside this establishment is ridiculous. It was almost like they didnt want to serve us at all. What a shame, especially since Pupattella is usually the one place we go to when they're in town to visit. The worst service!!!!! read more

The food was excellent and our server, Kathy was superior. She was friendly, informative, made the experience very positive. Highly recommended! read more

Great service by Gunner everytime! Never a wait for a table and the pizza is always consistently delicious.

Great pizza, delicious food, and excellent service! Kathy was absolutely wonderful--friendly, attentive, and made sure we had a great experience from start to finish. She really made our visit enjoyable. Definitely recommend and will be coming back! read more

Very spacious, well decorated, casual pizza place! We were seated immediately and the server checked up often if we needed anything. The pizzas we got were delicious! It is recommended to get a pizzas per person which is about four big slices. It is a bit pricier for a small pizza but worth it for one done in a pizza oven! read more

Bailey was incredible and so kind. The service was great and the food came out so fast. It was delicious and the space was great.

Great pizza, great service, it is now my favorite place to go when I'm in the area. Atmosphere is nice and not rowdy. If you want good artisan pizza Pupatella is the place to be. read more

Came here for some homemade pizza and it didn't disappoint! All of the pizzas were really good. I loved that they have a sampler option where you can do three small pizzas for $21 and try three different flavors. It's perfect if you're indecisive or too many things catch your eye on the menu. Not only was the food good but everyone was so friendly and welcoming too. Will definitely be coming back! read more

We had a group of six to celebrate our boss on Bosses' Day and we had a great time at Pupatella in Mosaic. Gunnar was our server and he was friendly, efficient and professional. We all got the lunch special for $10.50 each and everyone enjoyed it. Delicious pizza and an interesting arugula salad that was not my favorite, but everybody else in the group loved it. We all ordered different pizzas. I liked my buffalo Bianco, but I really liked my coworkers sausage, onion, and mushroom. We were the first customers of the day and everyone was so nice to get us started when they just opened at 11:30. We will definitely be back! read more

Went to this place because it popped up on the InKind app. Figured we'd check it out during happy hour--$5 beers and apps sounded like a solid deal. Ended up paying $20 for a small individual pie. Pizza was tasty, no complaints there, but I definitely left still hungry. The real kicker? I got yelled at for opening one of their porch umbrellas while trying to shield my 6-month-old from the sun. Apparently that was a major offense. Real fun way to enjoy a meal with a baby in tow. Decent pizza, but portion size and staff attitude left a bad taste. Probably won't be back. read more

The seating area is very versatile and calming. Inside is very spacious, while outside offers nice vibe. Zach and Meeka gave us the most exceptional service I've ever experienced before. They were so attentive, friendly, and their vibes were so family style. My family is from Albania and I have many Italian relatives who would absolutely love this place and their staff. Definitely will be coming back and the food was so authentic compared to the nearby places trying to be. I'm so glad my boyfriend and I chose to eat here tonight and I can't wait to be back. read more

Not a fan. The crust was soggy and limp, and the flavors were very lackluster. Prices are unreasonably steep for the mediocracy. This is NOT the place to go to for good neapolitan pizza. Save your money! read more

We had such a great experience at Pupatella! We sat outside with our kids, and Ana was incredibly kind, attentive, and accommodating. We stopped by for lunch and it was empty, so we were seated promptly. It was spacious and comfortable. Our drink order came out quickly. The lemonade is good, but it may need a little more water to balance out the simple syrup. My daughter is the only one who didn't enjoy her pizza (chorizo), but she liked ours. If we were ever in the area, we would return. read more

Dined in tonight for dinner with my girls and I had an amazing time! Wrote a super long review on google but decided to paste a shorter summary of it here as well. Our server Kathy was extremely rude and unprofessional. She didn't like how we asked for a topping on the side even tho it was for religious reasons for my boyfriend. She took 10-15 mins to refill our drinks, took off the pizza topping by HAND instead of remake our pizza since it was wrong, and wasn't helpful with the menu. When I asked how big the gelato scoop sizes were she replied with "a regular sized scoop" and just stared at us. She seemed very interested and chatty with her other tables so watch out for her because she plays favorites if you don't look rich! I would suggest she works on her customer service skills. Only good thing from this location is Bailey! She was super sweet, caring, and just overall what you want in a server. Super unhappy with my experience at this location I would not recommend. read more

Beautifully decorated interior and love the option of outdoor seating. Pizzas are prepared fast and ingredients are fresh. However, I find this spot to be kinda so-so. Love that each pizza is sized as a personal 1 adult size pizza but taste does not "wow" me. read more

Solid 3.5 that I am choosing to round up because I think next time could be better. We went on a quieter weekend early (4:45 / 5 PM). We were able to sit right away. Inside space is rather small and they have a decent patio. We received good service and enjoyed beers and then pizzas all around. I opted for a zuchinni special. They have a solid menu with a good number of vegetarian options. Ambiance was a little off, just kind of a weirder space. Nothing to complain about in terms of pizza quality and service. But nothing blew us away. Perfectly fine! read more

My server Ashok was great! Perfect!! So attentive! The service and food was amazing! I will totally be back. I love everyone here!

Having really enjoyed our lunch at the Pupatella in Reston, we decided to try the location in Mosaic.  The site is colorful and clean and airy with many tables and a bar area.  There is also a lot of outside seating. The only downside to this location was that the music was pumped up pretty high so that even our server apologized that she could not hear us over it.  We ordered the sausage arancini which were super crispy on the outside and warm and gooey on the inside.  They are a great comfort food for when the weather turns cold and rainy.  The pizzas this time seemed a little more doughy and not as flavorful as our last visit to the Reston location which was a little disappointing.  The tiramisu, though, was light and tasty.  There is plenty of parking in the nearby garage and it is always fun to walk around the neighborhood. read more

Probably my top spot for brick oven pizza especially any pizza with Brie or truffle oil featured on them. I particularly enjoy well done crusts, slightly burnt. They are always providing friendly service and they have really good options for beverages. I frequent this place at least once every two weeks conveniently with at least three locations in the area now. Wonderful for either takeout or a small group while sitting in. read more

My favorite part about pupatella is its food. The food is so good i would literally trade in my child for a free pizza. The service is really good too. The food came very quickly, and the waiters, specifically the handsome one, Gunner or Gunter? were extraordinaryily nice. The ambience was the 3rd best out of the service and food and ambiance, there were lots of vehicles which admittedly did make me feel a bit intimidated, but once you realize they are tied up and can't run you over, it really adds to the atmosphere in a way no other steel structure could. 10/10 read more
