I have been coming here since the day it opened. I have never waited, and never received bad service. It is always clean and stocked with whatever you need. A couple of years ago, we were hiking on Mt. Hood and one of my dogs was sprayed by a skunk - IT WAS AWFUL. I literally called them on the way down the mountain and they had a station and a 'potion' all set up for me. Who does that?!!? Another great thing about this place - the excellent groomer hidden in the back. Kathy is so good with the dogs, and easy to work with. Complaints? Only one, seems a wee bit pricey, especially the groomer in the back but not too bad. read more

I came here to wash my dog and I won't be coming back. Soap is incredibly diluted, scissors were dull, and even though they have a drying station for small dogs the only wash tubs they had were for big dogs. Waste of money. read more

I'm happy with this place. The ladies were super sweet, and they charged $40 for a full service grooming for my mini schnauzer and were done in 2 hours. He looks great! I'll definitely be using this location again when he needs another grooming. read more

We went in with a new dog that we had just picked up 3 hours before. He had not been socialized and was strictly an outside dog. He is 1 1/2, had never had a real bath, been on stairs, been in a home and the list goes on. We came in at 5:15 on a Saturday night and both a gal and a young man were working. They were both very welcoming and seemed to really take an interest in us, our story and our new family member. The young man even came over while we were washing and pet Treo. I just took my dog here for the first time today. I have to say they are VERY friendly, the place is spotless. It's the best self service dog wash I've been to. They have 3 kinds of shampoos for all skin types, conditioner with aloe for pups like mine with dry skin, the towels are big and thick, plus I love that my dog fits on the grooming stations. Usually I'd have to dry and brush him in the tub. I definitely recommend Pup Scrub and will be back again! read more

I dropped my terrier mutt off for a full grooming service with Kathy, she did a fantastic job for a very fair price. Everyone working there was warm and friendly, my often-skittish dog showed no signs of nervousness or distress when I picked him up. I've had my dog's nails trimmed here a few times. He is nervous about having it done and fights it, but they still get it done fast.

Took three of my dogs in....only worked on one. Concept of Pup Scrub is a good one....but I won't be back. First time in, was disappointed the shampoos were watered down, scissors were dull, dryer was at "room temperature" not warm and at no time did they ask how our experience was or if we needed help with anything. To make it worse, my pup came out smelling like a dog....not clean. No wonder they offer dog "cologne". At no time did I witness sanitization of tools or work area. read more

This place is so nice and convenient. All of the staff is helpful when I take my little 16 year old Bichon there for a bath. I have also had him groomed there and was very pleased. I purchased some shampoo that the groomer used because I could see a difference in my little guy's skin after he was groomed. read more

Love taking my dirty dirty golden in here to get cleaned up. My German Shepard gets beautiful and brushed out here. They do a great job!

I have brought my dogs here for years, and have always enjoyed having the ability to wash and groom them "my way"! They typically have someone on site to trim the nails for a reasonable fee. It's so great leave the cleanup and hair behind, they clean that up! read more

First off - open on Sunday! (Nothing is open on Sundays here) the staff was friendly and helpful. The facility was clean and open. Elevated tubs with nice gentle sprayers. They have professional blow dryers and tools. Even let me borrow a dremel for nails!!! read more

I have gone to pup scrub for years. My last visit was terrible. I went to wash 2 dogs and have nail clips. Oh my ... we don't have time to clip nails. What? That takes 3 minutes for 2 dogs ... if that. They didn't care that I walked out on them ... the owner was there ... gabbing with someone ... she didn't ask why I was walking before the dogs were bathed. That's what you call customer NO Service. this place is great! i moved here from atlanta and was used to having a self serve dog wash nearby. when i got out here it seemed hard to find one. i tried connies on king road (nice but small, you can wait for a while). pup scrub is big and spacious and the staff is very friendly. the tubs were clean and plenty of tools and product. most importantly, the towels were fresh, not smelling of mildew. it was a little more spendy than connies but worth it. i took both of my dogs and left home without their leashes (!!) so the young man at the desk gave me two to use and asked if i needed help. then i purchased nail clip for both and the staff came to check on me when i was almost finished to see if i wanted them clipped yet. the lady was quick and the dogs barely noticed. we'll be back. read more

We love bringing our two Siberian huskies here. It is the easiest way to wash them. The owner and her staff are so friendly. Their dryers really dry fast and their brushes really get the shedded hair out. During shedding season, we leave a lot of hair behind, and they are always so polite. They have even let us come in and do a quick bath near the end of the day when we were running late. I made sure to be out more than 10 minutes before closing time so they could clean up and get home. read more

I brought my lab here for the first time today. It is a great set up and they had everything we needed. The staff was friendly and explained what all the products were. The only thing I thought was a bit off is that all the shampoos seemed really watered down so it took a lot of shampoo and a long time to get her washed. I will definitely be going back. I brought my puppy in the week before she was to be groomed to make sure she would not have to be shaved and I was assured she would not be. When I brought her in this morning I confirmed that her back would not have to be shaved. I understood her stomach and part of her feet would be. I was told that her back would be cut some but they would leave it fluffy. I walked in to pick her up and she had been shaved. When I asked why, she asked me if I wanted her to look lopsided and I said yes, that is what we had discussed. Her answer when I complained was "well I can't glue it back on". So disrespectful and horrible customer service. She changed what she said then and said she was matted. She had looked at her last week and this morning and that wasn't the case on her back. It seems like the groomer just didn't want to take the time to do a trim because shaving is easier than actually trimming. She left her tail a poof ball, not sure why as that looks extremely lopsided. I can only guess it's because that was easier also. I do not recommend them in the slightest. They could have called if they had to do something other than what we discussed but she did not. Horrible service. I have to say there are 2 groomers and this review is only on one of them. read more

I have been taking my Sweetie to Pup Scub for the past few years. I have tried other places, but this is the best! There are steps for my big dog to use to climb in to the large, clean tub. There's plenty of shampoo, conditioner and clean towels to use, as well as a rubber "scrubbie" to help get her clean. The cotton balls and ear wash are handy, too. Pet owners are provided with aprons and the height of the tubs is just perfect...no more strained backs!! Then we walk across to the grooming station where there's a blow dryer, grooming brushes and nail clippers available at no extra charge. As a final touch, Sweetie gets a little spay of "doogie cologne" by the owner. I love coming here because I don't have to try to get my dog in to the bathtub at home and clean up the mess after we're done. Pup Scub is large enough to give everybody their "space", yet the staff is intimate and friendly, even calling my dog by her name. Of course she always gets a special treat and a pat on the head before we leave. We love the convenience and location, too. I highly recommend Pup Scub. read more
