The appointment was arranged, a partial deposit was provided and we'd got a reminder text with all the appointment information. On the day of the appointment, the groomer, Casper, greeted Odo and I warmly. Odo happily took to Casper right away and I felt very comfortable about leaving a Odo in Casper's care. Casper offered a brief summary of the grooming services and asked about our desired style of cut for Odo. Casper's grooming of Odo was excellent. Odo is happy and proud to sport his new blue bandana! We went and shopped around before going to her and originally went to her for the price. But after a couple of years, we will never go to another. Compared to others, we loved the idea that she only takes one dog at a time and at no time do the dogs get put into a kennel. Nique hates to be groomed and is terrible with having his face touched. Our dog has a skin issue that took a year and several doctors to figure out and Masako had been more than willing to work with our veterinarian to figure out the problem. Masako does an excellent job at a great price. I recommend BowWow Happy to all our friends.

I occasionally groom my dog and can take about 2-3 hours and so I feel very particular about his grooming. Masako pays close attention to details and needs of her customers. Every other groomer besides Masako complains that my dog is squirmy and difficult to groom. But he was no fuss at all with Masako and he was very happy and perky when we got home.

Apologized for the dog's injury and stated it's a risk one (dog owner) takes when taking dog in for grooming. Our dog is extremely uncomfortable so we talked to her vet. The clinic is putting together antibiotic and pain meds to administer to our dog for a week. And to add insult to injury, we paid $70 for our dog who weighs 8 pounds! We do not recommend this groomer.
