Our dog did come home with a limp, but is doing much better now. No fault of red ruff, there's nothing they could really do for a minor strain. Our dog is on the older side and I believe he just did too much activities over a long period of time. She explained that they kept a close eye on him and made sure he was comfortable. She said that both pets did well and had a fun time. She was very friendly and assuring. I know if anything truly bad happened, they would've called. Maybe next time, I'll make sure the visit is shorter so my dog doesn't overdo it again. Thank you guys for taking care of Red and Tucker, and thank you Britney for following up on our situation!

We live west of Loveland and think it's worth the considerable drive. Reasonable rates are only the beginning. The people at Spring Creek Kennels are always nice. Once, we tried another kennel, and when we picked up our dog he seemed really depressed. Not so with Spring Creek Kennels - our dogs jump out of the car when we get there, and head to the back without so much as saying goodbye - and that's great, we just want them to be happy. Yes they are happy to be picked up later, but in an excited, not depressed, way. So, in my opinion and my dogs', this is a great place to kennel your dogs when you need to.

So I guess they blocked me. However, when I called them they told me the above story, I tried to tell the head lady that all the info stated against me was not true whatsoever, but she was very rude and would not believe me at all. How can someone do that to someone, I thought? maybe they mixed me up with someone else, I thought? so I attempted to call them again to resolve this false statement against me. Nope, the same lady still believed this and was still so so rude and would not even check into clearing me from the things stated above about me. So at that point, I decided if the owner treats customers like this, I will not take my animals to her, in fear of mistreatment.! Also if a staff member states Absolute lies about you, Then how do I know how my dogs will be treated...? Honesty is important to me and I found out it is 100% not important to them or regarding their business. They know the demand is great here. Please for the sake of your loved pet take caution at K-9 kennels. Have a Blessed Day!
