So we call and ask when is a good time, and Joslyn makes sure no small pets are loose, and the two of us owners hold and feed the dog while Joslyn makes short work of the claws. So at that point, I decided if the owner treats customers like this, I will not take my animals to her, in fear of mistreatment.! Also if a staff member states Absolute lies about you, Then how do I know how my dogs will be treated...? Honesty is important to me and I found out it is 100% not important to them or regarding their business. They know the demand is great here. But if you love your pets, take caution about what could happen behind their doors...
