So we call and ask when is a good time, and Joslyn makes sure no small pets are loose, and the two of us owners hold and feed the dog while Joslyn makes short work of the claws. She's really accommodating and pleasant and does a good job, follows our instructions, and we just really appreciate how nice she is about our difficult fur kid.
