So we call and ask when is a good time, and Joslyn makes sure no small pets are loose, and the two of us owners hold and feed the dog while Joslyn makes short work of the claws. She's really accommodating and pleasant and does a good job, follows our instructions, and we just really appreciate how nice she is about our difficult fur kid. (But I hope this review doesn't mean she ONLY gets the tough cases LOL.)

Our dog is on the older side and I believe he just did too much activities over a long period of time. She explained that they kept a close eye on him and made sure he was comfortable. She said that both pets did well and had a fun time. She was very friendly and assuring. I know if anything truly bad happened, they would've called.
