There are smudges and fingerprints all over the windows and doors. It just doesn't feel super clean; I don't really want to touch anything. They also are consistently out of several ingredients like a coffee foam and a few others. All that aside, we will continue to come because we love their boba and their prices. I typically get a coconut milk tea with pearls to avoid caffeine, and an extra side of boba to add milk to at home for my son. I've also gotten a mango milk tea, a brown sugar milk tea, and a monster bobo. All of my drinks have been really good! They have a point/reward system too that you can redeem for toppings or discounts. Definitely recommend trying it out if you love boba.
