Not only is Ms. Karen excellent at her job, but she has an incredible, lighthearted rapport with my daughter. They get along well and Ms. Karen is great at keeping my daughter on task - even during fun summer months when she would rather be playing and hanging out with friends. My daughter has moved through multiple levels of Wilson's programming, primarily through Ms. Karen's tutelage and effort. The administrative side of the house is also easy to work with - we regularly get tutoring notes and billing is electronic. We are so happy to be working with this great company.

Chef Jerry always shares great knowledge and wonderful recipes. There's easy off street parking. By the end we always get to bring home all of our baking creations. Bonus! I've taken other baking and cooking classes at other places in the city and GMSS does it BEST. Always clean and enough materials or tools to share. The size of the class is good and not crowded. Also, the best part they email you the recipe which are very precise and detailed information. All the classes have produced DELICIOUS FOOD. Great for parties or events or something to do together with friends. I can't wait for the new calendar that comes out every month.

You get sent home with the how-to packet, as well as emailed a troubleshooting packet, and instructions on how to make the buttercream filling. It was the right mix of explanation and hands on experience. Overall both of us really enjoyed this class! At the end you get to fill some macarons for you to take home and enjoy later.
