The reason for my visit was because I wanted to take the 9:30am cycling class with Michelle and the class was great. The instructor is nice and energetic and the music selection was also good. I was surprised by how many people showed up. Class was packed! The gym seems to be decent with lots of equipment and a clean locker room. There's also a pool but it's currently under maintenance so I'm not sure when they'll reopen it. The staff members I dealt with were also friendly. There's a huge free parking lot shared by other stores so parking shouldn't be an issue. I wish they also offered a bike rack/storage but that's not the case. I'll be back to take other classes and will update my review at that time.

I work out at least 5 times a week, sometimes 6 or 7. I was walking by this brand new building one day and saw this studio, it was bright and CLEAN but what caught my eye was these yellow ropes suspended from the ceiling. Honestly, I thought they were TRX's, got pretty excited so I walked in. I spoke to Christine who owns the studio and she explained that she had just opened a PILATES studio. In my mind, I was like UGHHH but she invited me to take a class and check it out. When I showed up for my first class, I was slightly apprehensive but Christine was very welcoming and I was excited to get started. I filled out some paperwork (2 short pages) and I downloaded the APP. YES, there's an app! It's easy to use and has the schedule of classes, prices and easy to book. My first class ROCKED!! I felt like she was going a little easy on me but we both established a good base fairly quickly. Then YESTERDAY, I went back for a more advanced "Max" Class and I WORKED MUSCLES THAT I'VE ONLY READ ABOUT IN BOOKS. Haha, it was amazing. Christine can easily scale back her classes for beginners and is such a wealth of knowledge, she can REALLY spice it up for those of you who are up for a challenge. Never in 20 years of working out did I ever think I'd do pilates. Yes, I thought it was more for girls, that it was kind of like Yoga; more about flexibility, breathing, etc. It turned out to be an EXCELLENT addition to my "exercise tool box". The instructor is VERY knowledgeable and willing to share that knowledge with her clients. The studio is bright, and super clean. We take our shoes off at the door and clean each piece of machinery after use. She's even got her own t-shirts for sale. Needless to say I'm totally HOOKED on Pilates BECAUSE OF CHRISTINE and Longcore Pilates. What's cool and different about this place is that you purchase CLASSES instead of paying for a membership, so if life gets in the way, you can skip a few days, take another class and not worry about when your membership expires. I HIGHLY recommend Longcore Pilates to guys, girls, beginners, and the more advanced!

I have always shyed away from any gym or fitness environment due to bullying, rude service, and personal insecurities (still do but in a different head space now). I walked in their door and never looked back. I was paired with Maria, and it was the best thing to happen for me. Her knowledge her care she gets me. She pushes me further than I think I can go, and then pushes me further than that! At transformation fitness there is not one trainer who does not make their client feel worthy, motivated, inspired. I have my share of injuries/pain and with the dedication, care, and instructions from Steve I am able to still continue with my trainings through modifications and mobility work. The latest addition to an already fantastic studio are their Cardio Boxing classes .. holy full body work out. The biggest joy is how empowered I feel after, and how these classes are helping me feel more confident within myself and it's ALL BECAUSE OF THEM !!! I owe a tremendous thank you to owner Steve who has helped me dig deep and find my potential and work hard on keeping at it. I didn't think virtual would be for me but since working out with Joe (I am in California) I have dropped 16 pounds and feel better and stronger than I have EVER. He is constantly pushing me to raise the bar and I've never sweated so much in my life! When I think I can't, Joe reminds me that I can! "Just try it, just try to get 5 reps in" and somehow I get it done. Seriously life changing!

They Took advantage of my injury and fear to return, they said the franchise gives you a penalty to cancel!!!! I've had classes with a few different instructors now and his music is consistently just all over, from a really slow song to random techno to rock, none of the tempos are consistent or thoughtfully put together. He's really nice and a great instructor but the music kills meeeeee :X !

This is NOT a commercial place, and that is one of the many things that makes this a home away from home. Sifu Paula Wong is a genuine spiritual presence, but don't let that fool you, she could take you out in three seconds. Your kids will learn so much about respect, and the true philosophy of martial arts. And this is not just a place for your kids - people of all ages study here. The rest of the teaching staff are wonderful. There are no judgments, everyone learns at their own place. A real gem. AND the fees are very reasonable.
