This is my 4th year at 732. I have a new attitude about working out and the environment there is stimulating.  The equipment, facility and restrooms are clean. I have told many friends and family about working out there because I love the camaraderie. Jerry, the Owner, made the transition easy and he makes you feel very at home and welcome when you walk in. Also it is great to see the owner on the property and participating in the operation of the facility. He sincerely cares about your performance and wants to see you improve and succeed. Veronica is an amazing person and beautiful soul. She truly adds even more value with her warmth as well as her ability to correct any injury or improper techniques. I love this place not just for the professionalism and coaching, but for the family dynamic Jerry and Veronica have created.  Whenever I am going thru a hard time personally, I can always count on them to lift my spirits. Love you all!!!  I love 732 Crossfit! Coaches go out of their way to make sure you have perfect form to prevent injury. My weight has gone down and my strength has increased significantly since joining in 2013. They really know how to motivate you and they take the time to teach you proper form and to take care of yourself. You become less concerned with how you look, and more concerned with how you're progressing with each class. But results DO follow :) Highly recommended. The only downside I can see is that these guys are SO great that a lot of people are going to be coming to this gym. Trevor is great to work with, spends the time to know his clients and their goals and tailors the program based on your needs. Plus, this is a smaller not-chain gym, owned by Trevor only. So you will always get personalized attention and training. Though small, his gym has all the equipment you can possibly need for a good workout.
