I joined the Transformation Challenge and took advantage of the treadmill, rower , strength and nutrition workshops. These workshops educated me on the concept and helped improve my form. The rower and I are becoming friends. I reached the red zone unexpectedly on the rower. It was such an emotional and rewarding moment for me. This was proof of how much progress I have made. However, this gym used to have a spin room, kids drop-off, and a yoga room with fitness classes. Overtime, they have demolished the spin room/yoga room to make space for more weight-lifting equipment, a posing room, and functional exercising. Many people appreciate this, but for the price of the membership, it would be nice to have fitness classes/spin room.

The Masters in this school always make him feel comfortable upon return and do their best to help keep his asthma from stopping him from proceeding with class. Some will even carry his inhaler with them in case he needs it. Sometimes it is very busy and some things may get lost in the shuffle, do not hesitate to ask the staff to repeat or find something out for you. They do not mind. There are a lot of children in this school! Be patient! The best programs have many many happy hardworking students. This is one of them.
