All throughout the studio, there are inspirational quotes as well. What I love about the studio is that is it is women supporting women and an extremely positive environment. The owner Jaclyn is amazing, she is very friendly and informative about the different packages they offer. I let her know about my shoulder injury and she was more than helpful with offering moderations and checking form throughout the class. The workout I attended the Booty Camp - it was a HIIT style. Warmup, stations with rope slams, TRX bands and floorwork along a stretch cool down. I got an amazing workout in and will definitely be back. They have the Fit3d Scan machine which assesses your weight and all of your measurements and gives you the most accurate readings no scale or mirror can (there are only 300 machines in the country and they have one). Besides nutrition, their coaching is superb. They have a great group of coaches who know their athletes and really help anyone achieve all of their fitness goals. Highly recommend.

I had a membership at another large, chain gym - and used to get so annoyed and frustrated at how there didn't seem to be any off peak times. It was constantly crowded and it was a struggle to get any piece of cardio equipment or weights or benches. I found myself using the gym less and less because I couldn't fully utilize it. Anytime Fitness is probably the same distance away as my other gym. I will say though that it is small....but if you do not require classes and just need some cardio equipment, weights and machines, then this place is for you. I have gone after work and have been able to work out and do what I need to. It's never packed and even when there are people there, everyone is polite about sharing or working in and cleaning their benches/machines when they are done.

I joined the Transformation Challenge and took advantage of the treadmill, rower , strength and nutrition workshops. These workshops educated me on the concept and helped improve my form. The rower and I are becoming friends. I reached the red zone unexpectedly on the rower. It was such an emotional and rewarding moment for me. This was proof of how much progress I have made.
