Sensei Ed Calla is very experienced dealing with handicapped young people. He is very patient and the students get a good workout and stay interested through the entire class. I recommend it for handicapped people of all ages. Sensei Mary Calla and Vanessa instruct the ninja warrior class. This is a great class for cardio for special needs kids and adults. My son does many exercises with them and develops a good sweat, but they know when to slow him down not to tire him out. Both the school and the warrior program are good places for a handicapped person to experience martial arts training and develop good cardio.
