They need to split the shows up for the little ones and the puberty crew. It was also really clear the tickets where given the same way (the stars got better seating). This is a place that will take your money and doesn't care about the kids. Go elsewhere. We actually walked out after our child's second act, regardless that we where warned before the recital we can't leave early. The way I see it is they can't force me to watch another solo and more musical theater. Horrible experience!

They are always nice at the desk welcoming you with a hello and saying goodbye when leaving. The cleaning crew are always cleaning and the place is spotless. You always have cleaning wipes to clean down machines. There is rarely dust anywhere and the bathrooms are always clean. There is a large parking lot but it does get filled up quickly so give yourself ample time to look for a spot. There is brand new equipment as of the beginning of 2025 so you are basically working on everything New. The price of this gym is expensive. if you just use the gym area you are paying for the whole gym. Pool, and other amenities and such. This is though I think the best gym so far I would say on the island for the money. Nice people working here , nice clientele, clean atmosphere. It does get crowded at times but tell me what gym doesn't.

But the management should do a better job on this. I don't blame those maintenance workers. It is 100% responsibility of the YMCA management to pretect their members. Once I walked out of the shower room I heard some men talking in the sauna room. I quickly ran back in the shower room and told the cleaning lady what happened. Then she talked to the YMCA female staff who accompanied the maintenance workers. She then walked them outside and asked me to finish changing in one of the stalls in the locker area so the workers can continue the repairing. I was not notified by any staffs about the situation when I was in the shower. The second incident just happened couple weeks ago 9/26. When I entered the shower room from the pool I saw a YMCA female staff standing in the hallway and sipping ice coffee. I saw one of the shower stalls occupied at that time. As soon as I entered one of the shower stalls I heard a man voice. He was supposed to check which showers were broken. I was not being notified when I walked in the shower room even the staff saw me.

And when we Came to dance factory it was unbelievable how much more advanced these kids were compared to the other school. My daughter now attends df. To make matters worse, my daughter lives 200 miles away so we could not practice together. A friend of mine recommended Fred Astaire Studio and I decided to give it a try. Let me say that I could not imagine a better experience. I had a pleasure of learning with Dasha, an incredible professional with amazing personality. Not only did she teach me to dance, but she also choreographed a fun and exciting mashup of songs / dance styles that dazzled the wedding guests. Inviting, patient, professional, knowledgeable and simply fun to learn with. The atmosphere created by Dasha and Eugene (her husband) is one that makes you look forward to the next lesson. I reiterated to her that I was in the right place and we were looking forward to this class. She continued being abrasive and giving zero guidance about how to "sign up" in the future if necessary. First off, the owner/teacher of this place is so discouraging. She always finds ways to hurt the dancers whether it is their fault or not. She always makes harsh comments and she says they are "corrections" when they are just words that discourage dancers. Next, the place is awful. It is so tight in there and the bathroom is DISGUSTING. She has time to hurt her dancers but not to clean the place. She also shows favoritism towards other people as well. It is obvious. There is no explanation needed. She is VERY UNORGANIZED AND SLOPPY. If you want your daughter to dance and have technique, don't even come here. She makes her dances slutty and disgusting as well as inappropriate. May I add on during the pandemic, my daughter was in the non-competitive team and Miss Theresa didn't wear a mask. She only wore one when somebody came and knocked on the door. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY!!
