I started going this community of meditators on Sat mornings. They have a very friendly model where anyone is welcomed. It is donation base. They do a combination of sitting meditation, walking meditation, body scan, and mindful movements/yoga. On Wed evenings the practice has changed over the years and it truly depends on the instructor. In addition, their website allows you do download meditation practices to follow at home. Really friendly community, a good place to go if you are a new meditator or an experienced one.

I had a crick in my back while helping mom out of the cab while simultaneously carrying my dog. I…read moreknew I was in need of a massage asap, and I decided against going to my typical cheap massage for fear of being injured further. I went to Remedy for the first time yesterday and saw Marta. What a miracle worker she is -- with magic hands! She focused majority of the hour on my injured back and I left feeling so much better. Remedy is in the basement (felt like a secret, hidden gem!) and is very clean, relaxing, with calming music playing. I will definitely be back.

My session was for one hour they were only able to do 30 min and did not notify me upfront or during the session. They charged me for a full hour without any discussion. I am never coming back. Felt like I was tricked. Had I known I would have changed my appointment!
