They do a combination of sitting meditation, walking meditation, body scan, and mindful movements/yoga. On Wed evenings the practice has changed over the years and it truly depends on the instructor. In addition, their website allows you do download meditation practices to follow at home. Really friendly community, a good place to go if you are a new meditator or an experienced one.
