Walked directly in to the lobby reception and was greeted by two friendly desk associates. The check in required photo identification for both of us. Clear instructions to the Dr Office on the first floor. DR CHOI's office: Checked in by Kelly~ friendly and efficient. Nearly immediately checked with procedures and sent us to X~ray registration on level one lobby. ( this seemed like the only redundant process) there was no line, so we were able to check in quickly with the friendly desk representative who knew we were on our way- Good communication between Kelly at Dr Choi's office and Radiology reception. Within minutes we were on the way to 2nd floor radiology. RADIOLOGY: smooth arrival experience ( I recommend that you snap a photo of your script for your records before handing it over. They were accommodating for this when we asked, this may save time from having to ask for records later. WAITING: one other patient was in the waiting room when we arrived. The waiting room is organized, well lit, and clean. There is a TV The wait was reasonable and brief about 7 minutes. Erica and student Tammy greeted us and requested the script ~ we directed them to the desk agent. Within a minute, they left for X-ray. More pleasant staff. All is going smoothly for Radiology. The doctor on call whom I finally got on the phone and who refused to give me his name said it's "inappropriate" for me to complain to a doctor about prescription issues. Well, I think it's inappropriate for a medical practice to play Russian roulette with a patient's health by not sending critical prescriptions. Took my daughter to this ER. This was one of the worst ER…read moreexperiences I have ever had. I drove two hours to help my daughter, who was suffering from excruciating head pain. She was placed in a hallway in a chair and left there for hours without being attended to. After waiting more than four hours, I went to the nurses' station to address the lack of care. It is unacceptable that no one checked on her during that time. Shortly afterward, several nurses gathered and began discussing me. One nurse, who was tall and wearing pink scrubs, rudely threatened to have me removed for "disruption." I was not disruptive; I was advocating for my daughter, who was in severe pain. The behavior was unprofessional and disrespectful. Patients and their families deserve timely care, communication, and basic courtesy.

So not only did Nuvance put my health in danger, they lost business, DUH!
