I made an appointment for a Tuesday at 1PM. I was asked to fill out one small piece of paper upon my arrival but then 30 minutes later a longer set of papers to update all of my information. Okay fine. However it was 2:10 when they finally called my name for my scheduled appointment at 1PM and I had to leave for work at 2:30. Anyways, when I spoke to the woman at the front desk I was told someone would be with me when they were ready but that an hour was a normal wait time. LOL. Why? The excuse was that they were double booked and only had four rooms available. However people who were present after me were called in before me. If they know they have two providers in and are double booking appointments they are setting themselves, and patients, up for failure. Book only for appointments you can accommodate. I don't know why that's rocket science. Not pleased. However my provider was much better. She was friendly and professional. read more

WARNING do not go here for checkups! They do not care about women as they claim. The offices are dirty; I was here in December and there was dirty tissue all over the floor. The doctor was in a rush when she saw me and didn't really explain what I was signing up for with nexplanon. When I changed my mind I was assured I would be put back on my old birth control. Guess who got lied to! I'm a Sunday start and they can't see me till THURSDAY. Even worse? They won't refill my birth control until I see them. 4 days late. They have fucked with my hormones so much. So many empty promises. I'm literally in tears writing this. I'm engaged and I've had to have an abortion before. With an ex. I can't afford a baby right now this is so irresponsible! They told me to "use condoms" I was using condoms when I got pregnant. Not refilling someone's BC so they can keep a regular period/hormone balance is so insane I'm in shock. I can't believe I ever donated or supported these CROOKS! Save yourself the emotional trauma and find a real doctor. I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I was kind of nervous coming here after seeing the low rating, but I guess sometimes people only review stuff like doctor's offices if things go awfully wrong. I had a great experience at this Planned Parenthood location today. The staff is so kind and helpful, from the receptionist to the nurse to the nurse practitioner. I was in and out in an hour and 10 minutes. I never had to wait for more than 15 minutes between waiting in the waiting room to get called back and waiting in the exam room for the np. Also, everyone here really knew their stuff, and had so many resources to offer to help with whatever I could need! It was great. read more

Like everybody says, if you have an appointment expect to wait hours past that appointment time. Almost pointless to make an appointment...

These people save lives. You have a beef with a receptionist, be a grown up and speak to her directly. No satisfaction? Speak to her Supervisor. Poor scheduling? Speak to the Director. Still not happy? New York State or National office. The point is ,there's a process. Use it. These offices are so over burdened because of our overburdened medical "system" it's a miracle they exist. Horrible the worst experience i have ever had. The nurses and receptionist behind the desk were screaming and cursing at one of the patients so classy.. they have absolutely no respect for appointment times and really need to get there acts together such a shame read more

They don't respect appointment times. First time I went I waited 2hrs in the waiting room. Second time I asked for the first appointment in the morning. When I showed up they kept me locked out doors after the opening time listed on the door and past my appointment time. Knocked on the door, nobody answers, no movement inside. If they don't take your insurance you will almost certainly be charged hundreds of dollars. The care itself seemed decent. I would not recommend them for routine gyn stuff, other doctor's offices respect your time better. read more
