Picked up an order today and my husband got a soup and sandwich. Realized the soup was missing. Went back in and was told to hey we're out of it and said I was charged for it and was told "what do you expect me to do we are out of it". When inquired about a refund she literally acted like it was a huge deal to even do. Never said anything to us about not having it. Never tried to replace or refund. Just let us leave with half his meal after we paid for it all then literally made a big deal about refunding us for food they didn't give us. I highly recommend checking your order before getting all the way home and not Doordashing it. Far cry from Garbanzo next door where the workers couldn't be nicer.

The plaza is conveniently located close to Soergel's right off the freeway and there is an easily accessible parking lot right outside. There are a handful of seats inside but I think most people take their orders to go. I went on a Sunday and it was packed!! Because there were so many people and only two people working, it took a really long time to get orders out. The girls were so incredibly sweet but I felt really bad about how short-staffed they were. This caused long wait times (half my order came out after 25 mins, the other half at 40 mins). That being said, the food itself was really good. I would definitely come back - but during a non-peak time.

I'm very grateful to have a healthy, organic and clean food option in Greensburg (as there aren't many). The only thing that would make this establishment better is the customer service. Unfortunately, over the last year or so, I've experienced poor customer service on a number of occasions. Just a PSA: if you come in anywhere within 15 minutes of closing time, expect to be met with very obvious disgust by the employees. I understand wanting to go home the moment your shift ends or the store closes; I've worked in food service for years, but I also know sometimes that's just not what happens. I stopped by recently, shortly before closing time, and received no greeting of any kind. I only received hostile stares from the girls behind the counter. It was very uncomfortable. I actually said at one point, "Is it a problem that we're here? We can just leave if it is." Eventually, one girl said "No, it's fine. We're open til 6" and proceeded to make the two smoothies I had ordered. I do feel bad that coming in at that time was such a stressful experience for the employees but I wish the employees understood the importance of treating all customers with equal courtesy and respect. I would be more understanding if it was a sit down restaurant and I tried to order multiple full course meals, but I simply wanted two smoothies. My recommendation would be to lock your doors at 5:45 pm if you want to be done serving customers by 6 pm. I think it would save the employees a lot of anguish.
