Unbelievable spot to chill!

Stop in for an epic experience sipping fresh coffee and sorting through rare and or out of print books! Thats right folks, SHUT OFF YOUR DEVICES!!! This place is so rad you will leave your watch where ever you're staying!

Amazing caramel macchiato! Forget Starbucks and Blenz, they taste like swampy water compared to this.

This is the best coffee house in town! Literally Max and his team are amazing. We had caramel macchiatos today and breakfast croissants and sat on the patio. Beautiful sunny Kelowna day and our puppy got to sit with us. The place is so cozy inside and outside, you gotta stop by here!

On my trip to Kelowna stopped by this coffee shop. Hidden Gem with so much to see. Hidden Gem of a location. Good coffee with even a great smile. Will stop by on my next trip for sure. Thanks to the staff for giving me tip on locations and spots. Cheers.

I wish this coffee place was also in Vancouver! When I visited Kelowna, we had breakfast and coffee here and it was too good so we had to go back for the next day! They have the whole cool picture section you can purchase nice vintage posts for souvenirs in the corner, other vintage items in the other room. Staffs are super nice and authentic people, food is real amazing, coffee-don't even compare with Starbucks.. one of the reasons I am dying to go back to Kelowna!

* A good espresso in a nice setting * It is surprisingly difficult to find a good espresso in the Okanagan. But Pulp Fiction came to the rescue (several times) with a reliably pulled smooth espresso. Photo: http://www.yelp.ca/biz_photos/pulp-fiction-coffee-house-kelowna?select=otS1GZp2phDZ37c26OGu9w#syJXfo1Ddv9tOWfzd1y6ag The setting is in the old downtown, but has a very renovated feel. The cafe is decorated with a ton of classic Pulp Fiction posters and books. A nice feel. Throw in a strong free wifi connection for the laptop campers and it is a good mix overall in a nice setting (minus the above mentioned laptop campers of course).....

I adore Pulp Fiction! It's a lovely, relaxed spot to come and hang out in downtown Kelowna. The staff are always super friendly, and the drinks are delicious too. The whole place is themed around Pulp Fiction (the style of book, not the movie!) so there are book covers next to each drink on the menu, and amazing campy artwork everywhere. There's also an antique and book store inside the coffee shop which sells oodles of amazing pulp fiction! Not only that, but the walls of the coffee shop are lined with interesting looking books, and there are also prints for sale in another area of the shop. It's a really fun, eclectic spot with a young vibe - I often see students here working away on their laptops. It's a comfortable place to grab a great coffee and people watch - I highly recommend it!

The cup sleeve though!!

I saw the name on Yelp and decided to go in there because I so love Pulp Fiction. Love the interiors and the 70's vibe in there. For a lover of books, this is a great place to lose yourself. So many books and good coffee. I couldn't really find a large breakfast selection though, since I dont like pastries as much. I would definitely go there have a coffee, sit and read for a while.

We visited this shop twice during our 3 day stay in Kelowna. We really loved it!! Very convenient location downtown. The decor was so awesome, and we loved walkimg through the back rooms looling at all the books. BONUS: the cutest doggy ever!!! We loved petting R2 the poodle :) our coffees were super tasty and so were our breakfast sandwiches. We would highly recommend going here.

We've ordered the Memphis Feast because we're starving for not eating lunch. We've ordered also added the delicious, hot and creamy Corn and Sausage Chowder soup to warm up our empty stomach. The feast was very good, had large portions and meats & sides were all very good. This place is highly recommended to visit while in Kelowna.

We loved the decor and Blues music playing softly in the background. Started with some of their delicious cocktails before enjoying a bottle of reasonably priced wine with dinner. Ordered the Elvis Platter and Seafood Medley which was plentiful for the 6 of us - our party consisted of 3 men with large appetites and they made a great attempt to finish the platter but we still ended up taking a fair bit of meat and potato salad home. All agreed was a great way to sample everything! Everyone enjoyed it and everything was delicious and cooked to perfection. Service was excellent, very accommodating adding another table so we had lots of room for the larger platter. We definitely will be going back!

I forgot to make my review when I had this place last - and unfortunately it is going away :(…read more I really enjoyed the ambiance of this place. You walk in and it's always bumping and bartender is always making funky and cool drinks and everyone's always having a great time. Lots of conversation between friends or even between strangers at the bar. Service was always great. The best dish is the brussel sprouts - it always has something funky in it - marshmellows or grapes and then cheese. It was so enjoyable and they truly believed in their culinary art. I've always appreciated their evolution of their dishes and it was never boring to come back again and again. I truly hope the owners are able to create another restaurant as creative as this one and make it last. I really truly enjoyed this!

We booked a Happy Hour reservation for the long Sunday Easter long weekend at 4:30pm and we were the first to arrive. As Salt & Brick has an evolving fresh sheet menu, you never know what's on the menu but they usually have a few staples like their Brussel sprouts. As this was my boyfriend's first time here, we ordered the Brussell sprouts with popcorn and the Rigatoni. We were given the regular menu but did inquire about Happy Hour and the Brussel sprouts, pastas, and charcuterie board were on special. Unfortunately, they didn't have any oysters available that day. Small cozy atmosphere with a cute front porch. It's a small bar and kitchen that you can see and wonderful that you see and hear all the food being freshly made to order. Our server was friendly, chatty, and attentive but also gave us our space too. The Brussel sprouts served with cheddar popcorn, grapes, and ripped beer cheese is a bit salty, sweet, and so satisfying! My partner doesn't love Brussel sprouts but really enjoyed this dish. The Rigatoni was a bit rich with a nettle became sauce but served with the earthy lily spears, it was a well rounded dish altogether that we also enjoyed. Cute restaurant on the Downtown main strip that isn't a major chain, which is refreshing. Will continue to visit next time in town and hopefully they will have oysters then!
