A breakfast place so great we changed plans to have it the next day! Very delicious and accommodating to gluten sensitivity. We had a wide selection of different meals and every one was a fantastic. When traveling with kids it can sometimes be hard to find a place that you can feel comfortable being in the space, but the staff was so friendly and welcoming. My kids had a great experience and a wonderful meal Thanks! read more

My absolute favourite breakfast spot, hands down. I always go for the "Threesome" breakfast and add a side of fresh fruit. Their fruit selection is way more unique and exotic than your typical breakfast place, which is a nice change! It is pretty busy there on weekends, especially in the summer, so I would recommend a reso. Pretty easy to walk in during the week days though! read more

This place is very popular! Especially on a weekend so be prepared to wait or make reservations ahead of time. Great friendly vibe and service. Kitchen was bustling. Unfortunately our food was cold when it came out so we had to send it back but was was impressive was how well it was handled and the great customer service. The manager himself came by to make sure we were happy with the meal and even let us order something else bc the second time wasn't warm enough either. At the end we were very happy, full bellies, and impressed with the customer service and the cherry vibes. Great experience! read more

I don't know if I should start it how good the food was, how great the service was, or the fact that the staff cleaning the tables and delivering our food were doing so in business casual at eight in the morning. A friend from the areas that we had to go here for breakfast and who are we to say no local. Little did I know that we were going to the cutest, most popular restaurant for breakfast, which happens also have tons of gluten-free options. Our weight staff was incredibly considerate of our allergies, answered questions, amended meals, and ensure that allergy was noted for the two of us that needed all our food and drinks to be different. I know that sounds like a lot, but imagine that your food comes out looking like these photos and tasting even better. If I wasn't so ashamed of how my Friend and I looked staring at these waffles, I'd post the photo but when I tell you that they were delicious gluten-free waffles, the best I ever have had, 10 out of 10 stars. Even better this restaurant has so many options for food and drinks, you can get smoothies, you can get a flat white, you can even get them to go. The lineup for this place is worth it. read more

It was good with the other guy but now I have to find where he went to get my breakfast sandwich how i like it and I think his name is Adam

OEB always in such a pleasure to go to. No matter which location you go to in the country, the food is always spot on and the service is always absolutely amazing. I'm also very grateful for the ability to check in on the wait list on Yelp so we can get on the waitlist sooner and arrive when our table is ready. I love opting for their bowls where you Can do half potatoes and half arugula or spinach. I always go for the duck bowl, but decided to opt for the tuna. It didn't quite hit the spot like the duck does and I guess the conclusion is not to go for raw fish for breakfast, but it was still good and something different. Their menu is so extensive that you probably have to go to dozen times in order to try most of their menu. The nice thing is wherever you go in Canada, You can suggest to your friends to go to a OEB and you're guaranteed a great meal. Their locations are always very bright. I also find it quite modern as well. read more

Food was outstanding. The gnocchi carbonara was the perfect mix of creamy and salty with nice little bites of microgreens on top. The Gold Standard's waffle was fluffy but with the perfect amount of crunch, and the bacon was a great addition. The coffee was strong and hot, the service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was bright and airy. We will definitely come again next time we're in town! read more

We were so happy to see OEB in Kelowna. We are from Vancouver and have been wanting to try it but the line up is always so long. We were staying down the road so we woke up, put our names on the waitlist and walked over when it was almost our time I had the pork belly poutine and it was so good! Large chunks of savoury fatty pork smothered in hollandaise with wedges, cheese curds, 2 soft poached eggs on a small bed of greens. It was hearty, and rich and hit the spot! I was worried it might be too salty but it was well balanced with the greens. My friends were very happy with their selections too. We shared a french toast to complete the meal. It was light and fluffy but not enough flavour to the actual toast. Great vessel for the fruits and syrup though. Definitely will be back next time we're in Kelowna read more

Get Shorty Rib Poutine 4/5 overall. Fries 4/5. Cheese 4/5. Gravy 4/5. Meat 2/5. Flavor 4/5. Eggs 5/5. Size and value 4/5. Great diverse menu, it all looked fantastic! But the eggs here are where they really shine, amazing eggs and fries cooked in duck fat, yum. The rib meat was the only thing not fantastic in this poutine, it was dry and chewy. The rest of it was delicious! Highly recommend OEB for breakfast! read more

The food was good, but the hostess leaves something to be desired. The website does not tell you that if you want to reserve more than four people that you have to call. We made two 3 person reservations and tried to get a six seated table, but the hostess said it was against company policy. Half an hour later she proceeded to put three tables together to make a seat for another family. I recommend a new hostess, maybe someone who wants to be at work read more

Great breakfast spot, recommended by a local during our stay while in Kelowna on sabbatical. Good food with lots of options from sweet to savory. Something for all the kids. Nice cocktail options for brunch. The service was efficient and the vibe was classic diner. read more

Thinking about reserving a table for two at OEB? Think again! We were travelling up to Kelowna for our anniversary and decided to try out the famous OEB Breakfast. We called ahead to reserve a table but we were rudely informed that they "only reserve tables for parties of 6+" and that we would need to join the waitlist on Yelp. I tried to join the waitlist but because we weren't within 62km of the restaurant I wasn't able to join. We called the restaurant back to explain this. After several minutes of back and forth--with the person on the phone not willing to help us out by manually putting us on the waitlist--we finally got it sorted out and we were added to the waitlist. Mind you, it was two hours long. Although the customer service over the phone was not the greatest, the customer service inside the restaurant was okay. We had an amazing waiter who was extremely knowledgeable about the items on the menu and tended to us when needed but wasn't overbearing. The food was great--my partner had the "Threesome!" and I had the "The One That Got Away." We also ordered the mimosa flight. However, as much as the food was delicious it was definitely WAY overpriced for what you got, especially the flight of mimosas (if anything that was the most disappointing part of this whole experience). If you are expecting the type of flight that you would get at a brewery with where the beer is filled to the brim, you will be sorely mistaken--these mimosa flights consist of, quite literally, a shot of juice and a splash of Prosecco. All in all, an okay breakfast isn't worth a $70 bill and a two hour wait. read more

OEB Breakfast is a bright and airy restaurant where we were greeted with a smile and led to a place near the window. After asking the waiter what he recommended, we were steered to the breakfast bowls. I ordered the lotta laks and my partner, the soul in a bowl. Both were delicious! My bowl had perfectly poached eggs on a bed potato chunks and strips of tender smoked salmon, capers and sauce poured over everything. Heaven! The soul in a bowl was equally yummy with huge chunks of bacon inside. Large enough breakfast to bring home some for later. The price for the bowls was a little high for my liking, but that's life. I would also like to add we had excellent service, which I can't say happens a lot, so I will return! read more

We came on a trip to Kelowna and sadly the star rating was only because of the food. I wasn't super upset but my friend received horrible service. Server was loudly discussing opening his own business at a table nearby and ignored him completely. Rolled his eyes when my friend ordered drinks, argued with him when he asked for specific food... As a server myself, it was pretty shocking. He ended up asking for a different young woman who was lovely, and tipped her in cash instead of our assigned server. Mimosa flight was nice, food was as expected (I love the potatoes and maple sausage), but we probably wouldn't return if we lived in the area. read more

OEB, this is a breakfast star, the food here is fantastic. Though it may be a bit much for everyday dining, the food was delicious. I had the short rib poutine half arugula with soft poached eggs. The short ribs were delicious. The cold brew was ok, not as smooth and strong as expected. I love coming to OEB! Every single time I come, the staff are super welcoming and helpful. Gillian, the restaurant manager, is super friendly and always walks up to my table to greet me and my friends, and constantly checks in making sure we are all satisfied and enjoying our meals. OEB has become my go-to option for a solo brunch dates, for special occasions, and Sunday breakfasts. I ordered the Farmer John Delight, minus bacon and added cheese. O!M!G! It was so good! Every bite deserved a moment to savor and enjoy! The potatoes were perfect: Crunchy on the outside, soft in the center. And it's a lot of food (couldn't finish it - had cold for dinner later and it was still delicious). Our server, Cara, what a joy! She gave me her permission to post the photo she walked into. She was so nice, came to the table just enough to check on us, not too much we felt bothered. Well done!! The menu items look soo good. However, have yet to make it inside. The first time we tried, the hostess said the wait would be 45 minutes. We were hungry so went elsewhere!. The second time, we made a reservation for 9:00. We arrived 15 minutes early and were told we would have to wait until our reservation time. We understood that. We told the hostess that because of bad backs we were unable to sit at one of the high tables. She said, sorry, you will now have to be put on a waitlist because a table for 2 won't be open at nine. She said she would text us when a table became available. AT 10:30! we got a text saying our table was ready---REALLY!!!!! So very frustrating!! We had already finished breakfast at another restaurant by then!!!! Horrible that they couldn't accommodate us a bit sooner!! read more

Very tasty, will definitely come back but next time I would share one of their breakfast poutines as they are very filling and rich. I had the "Soul in a Bowl" and also the mimosa flight. The only issue was our server was very insistent on the verge of forceful for us to take any leftovers with us. We were not going home right away and this was not a dish I wanted to try reheating. We ended up giving in and just taking it to get them off our backs. We gave it to a homeless person so I guess that was an upside but didn't appreciate the forcefulness. They were really good as a server until that point. read more

Holy s*** this place is great. It's one of those spots that so busy because it deserves to be so busy. USE their yelp waitlist thing to get in line at least an hour before you intend to be there and then get ready to have your mind blown. Btw it's pricey ... but you're paying for the best breakfast in the Okanagan hands down! Plus it's Covid times and supply chain issues are just making everything expensive. Frankly it's the best value to dollar ratio you'll find in these parts. read more

Ambiance is good - liked the design & it had a good vibe to it. I ordered the Threesome which was really disappointing for $20. It's so barebones - there is zero embellishment. All I got for that was two eggs (which were not even warm) 2 medium size sausages and 1 pancake. That's it, for $20 ! If you want 1 small slice of toast add another $2. I was also blown away by the fact that a cup of regular filter coffee is $4. The pancake looked nice but it wasn't cooked properly - so it had a viscous texture in some parts. Wasn't great at all. I wouldn't visit this place again, despite its attractive ambiance. read more

We came for Sunday breakfast and were very impressed. Get there early (we arrived around 8am) because by the time we left there was a wait. The food was delicious and hearty. My daughters had the Benny's . One was the classic style and the other had crab Benny. Both delicious. I ordered the duck confit that came with poached eggs and hollandaise nestled on a bed of duck fat roasted potatoes mixed with greens. I'm glad the server suggested mixing arugula with the potatoes otherwise I think my breakfast would have been too starchy. Portion sizes are plentiful and we all left full. Service was 10/10. Both our servers were attentive and friendly and kept checking back with us. Will be adding Oeb to our list of favorite spots to eat in Kelowna. read more

The food and service were amazing. It's definitely a popular joint. It was a good thing I checked in online to save a spot but even with doing so we had to wait 15 minutes. It was definitely worth the wait. Very unique food items and I loved the mimosa flight. I got the lobster scramble with half arugula and it was so delicious.
