Their dental clinic is in Room 201, on the second floor of the only two-story building in the Professional Mall (not Pro Mall II). It was really a little hard to find their place initially, so I had to give them a call, and luckily, they helped me to reach their place successfully. Their lobby is tidy and clean with coffee maker, drinking water and several coaches. The receptionist is super nice, very helpful and patient enough to listen to me. Their dental assistant, Sharon, helped me performed series of x-rays on my teeth, which is nice since she showed her care a lot. They have a digital x-ray. After that, Dr. Torrey showed up and sat together with me to discuss of future plans. Unfortunately, they had to move out my two teeth. Once appointments are made, they are going to send u emails as well as text messages to remind you. Besides, they gave me little reminding stickers to put on my calendar for the appointments, which is nice! After all, it was nice for the first time visit. I will keep it posted how things go since I have another three appointments there.

It's incredibly frustrating to feel like my time doesn't matter to this establishment. This experience has left me questioning the integrity of the clinic. Are they even licensed or permitted to operate like this? They think that wasting people time is funny or a joke!

They confirmed they had everything they needed. I showed up for my appointment and they told me it was cancelled because they did not have my insurance information. The receptionist proceeded to tell me my insurance information as I stood there before telling me that no one was available to complete the consultation with me. They then admitted that they must have texted the wrong number to notify me of the cancellation. Then, they tried to reschedule my consultation for a THIRD time for almost a month later and still would not allow me to schedule a cleaning. I am not sure I would ever be able to get my teeth cleaned by someone at Mint. If you want to waste your time scheduling appointments they won't keep and risk that your personal information might be shared with someone other than you, give Mint a call!

Scheduling conflicts happen, but it doesn't excuse their lack of concern when dealing with early morning cancellations (that have frequently occurred). Willamette will not fix your teeth if it costs them money. I had been denied 2 new crowns…read more(repeatedly for 3 years) that were in bad shape (after 35 years in my mouth). They claimed that it would be a COSMETIC FIX only, even though the Perio that they sent me too disagreed...cheap asses! I switched to Delta Dental in 2021, they set out to replace these old crowns after my very first visit...explaining that it is unhealthy to allow those old crowns to remain in my mouth, because bacteria can penetrate the old crowns (ironically, exactly what Willamette's Perio told them and they still denied my multiple requests for new crowns). I am a manager at WSU, so it's not like i have insufficient or crappy coverage. New doctor in 2020, she is a terrible doctor (and very rude). From 2017-2020 I saw a different technician every time at Willamette...none of them with experience (straight out of school) and learning on my mouth, OUCH. Willamette Pullman's front staff is nice, but manager, doctor and technicians all have attitude. Manager is a loud mouth with nothing nice to say. Don't choose them, you will regret it. The company is so cheap and they hire inferior and under experienced staff. Don't forget to read the "google" reviews for this place... another 2 out of 5. PS. Finally I got the message: they don't want customers like me who only need a good teeth cleaning every 6 months or so and can't be pushed into expensive treatments I don't need.
