Really the only reason I came here was because the salads were cheaper than Aldi. So I emailed them to let them know I didn't appreciate a 30% overnight increase and I may no longer shop here. I just wanted to give them consumer feedback if they suddenly see their sales declining but this snarky response definitely made the decision for me. You can keep it. The store is made with the new design. The deli is almost at the front door. The food smells so good as soon as you enter the building. They know what they are doing. My goal was to scoop up some toilet paper and water. That didn't stop me from going uo and down the aisles. Store was well stocked. Everything was neat. I found some seasonings. Thats a plus. Also I use a motorized cart. It's nice that they had them available and charged. Not all stores have them. The cashier was pleasant and helpful. She asked me about the flavor of ice cream I chose and gave me some nice suggestions. I would gladly return.

Another clerk came over, told me the person who I was speaking with was her manager, and attempted to go back and forth with me about a more complicated way of getting credit for the purchase (which had not been completed). I told the clerk I was not interested in going back and forth and just wanted to purchase my items using my customer loyalty number. The whole time the second clerk that approached is looking me up and down. She then called a male coworker to the front. I then walked over to the customer service desk and began looking for the corporate office information. While waiting at the customer service desk, the second clerk (Tracey) asked the initial clerk (Negist) was she "alright." In my opinion, this was done to intimidate me and to signal that she would call authorities because I was prepared to complain about the service I received. This was one of the worst shopping experiences, if not the worst, I have ever had.
