    People that work the auto department have no idea what they're doing or how to use the equipment. Stay away or you be pay more to fix

    This is, quite possibly, the scummiest, scuzziest, most disorganized, unprofessionally staffed Wal-Mart I have ever encountered. I drove out of my way to this location because I was told touristy postcards were sold here. They are not. They are, however, sold at the Lawrenceville location. The first thing I saw when I entered the store was a hand sanitizer dispenser that appeared to have been struck several times with a baseball bat. The other side of the "stay healthy" display had a wipe dispenser for carts. Naturally, it was out. The produce was wilted and brown. The deli salads had brown lettuce in them. That's when I noticed something...the prices. The prices at this location are sky high. The cereal, the cheese, the yogurt, the milk...everything was priced like the ultra organic section of Whole Foods. I grabbed a gallon of Wal-Mart brand milk and moved on. I arrived at the cleaning supplies, hoping to find some germ killing Windex. They didn't have that, but they did have a tiny bottle of blue Windex for almost $4.00. Are you kidding me? Again, I selected the Wal-Mart brand. Now, as I'm looking at the cleaning products, I see two, young black men working on stocking a nearby shelf. No problem at all...until they start having a loud conversation. Every other word was "nigga". Nigga this, nigga that, I told that nigga, nigga was like, these niggas said...and so on. I don't want to hear that. Customers have the right to expect a minimum level of decorum from the employees, am I correct? By this time, I'd had all I could take. I checked out and left. Do yourself a favor and avoid this dump.

    They offered great customer service. The employees were very resourceful. The wait was expected. The waiting area was clean. I will definitely come back.

    I dislike Walmart, in general. However, I happened to come here to buy hand weights cause earlier we headed out to Dick's Sporting and it cost a lot. We just needed 20 lbs arm weights and didn't want to spend that much. This particular Walmart had a major makeover. I haven't gone to it in many years. It is much bigger than the other Walmart's. Plus it's not overcrowded. I was soooo shocked to see a fish area. All the other Walmart's have moved them. In the past, my family used to have fish pets and we used to often go to Walmart to purchase since it is cheaper than Petsmart and Petco. The checkout lines were quick too. If I happen to ever need to go to Walmart again, I will come to this particular location. 133/2017

The Gas station attendant never does anything; members are constantly driving in the wrong way and have no clue what they are doing. The gas pump hoses are VERY long and will reach either side of your car... yet people will pull in and face you, so you have to back out. This is never an issue at any other Sam's Clubs I have ever visited. The Snellville gas attendant is always outside helping people and makes sure people are properly entering, but not at this location. [Mobile Checkout]: One thing I do like about Sam's Club is that you can scan everything through your mobile phone and automatically check out. This means you SKIP the lines, yet for some reason the majority of all shoppers here will stand in longlines to use the register for 20-30 minutes, ironically playing on their phones... [Food Court]: All food courts have removed their Kiosk machines. You must use their single cash register, or you can order items through the Sam's Club mobile app and pick up your items at the pickup area, which I highly recommend, so you do not have to stand in line. [Items Availability]: I have noticed this location does not carry many of the same items you will find at the Snellville or Duluth locations. I have no idea why, but items here are limited. I highly recommend always looking through produce, as they don't seem to pick through it, and you risk taking a rotten item. Prices: I have noticed that quite often, I will see an item that has a yellow tag on it, saying it is on sale. When I scan it with the mobile app, it lists the item at the regular price. This is because staff don't always remove sale price signs after the sale is over, so always look out for this. It happens often. [Review 751] - 24th Review of 2025

    Larry is great at what he does!…read more I brought 4 pair of shoes for repair and/or polishing, and they were ready as promised. More importantly, they are beautiful! I'm specifically impressed with my boots and my Cole Haan oxfords. They look as great as they did when I got them, and I will absolutely be bringing more shoes here. Some reviews have expressed varying levels of frustration. While I can't speak for anyone else's experience, I can offer a few tidbits to manage your expectations: -Bring your shoes in the off-season. My shoes took about 3 weeks from the time I dropped them off. This did include polishing, new heels, and custom insoles. You'll likely be less irritated if you don't need the repairs in a hurry, especially because to my knowledge this is a solo act. -Larry was very nice and professional, but not over-the-top. Some might read this as rudeness. To me, it comes off more as straight to the point. You'll be greeted, asked what you'd like done, given recommendations, and a timeline. Pretty no frills. Also important to note is that I didn't feel pressured into services I didn't need. - Services aren't cheap, but I found the cost to be well worth the investment for what I paid full price for my shoes.

But when I walked in and discussed the repair of my shoes, the guy at the desk seemed overwhelmed and was stating how much work he had to do, which is inappropriate! You shouldn't present to your customers that you have too much work. I felt like I was being a burden to him by wanting him to repair my shoes. I said to him you should be happy for the business. The inside of my boots needed some cleaning but my main issue was my heel. He said the cost to replace the heel and polish up. The boots would be $70 . I said OK but then I asked about cleaning the inside of the boots. He said that would be another $50. I said absolutely not. I could buy another pair of boots at that price. The boots only cost me $110. I was having them because I like them. When I picked up the boots a few weeks later the heels were replaced, which I was happy about. But the rest of the boot looked basically the same. No " spit polish. " the boots look the same as when I brought them to the store. They just had new heels. Anyway, I won't be returning. I tried to support a local business. But they need to really watch how they speak to customers. Suggestion: do not complain to new customers that you have too much work. Always go above and beyond. I'm gonna give you one star rating. I won't say I don't recommend your business. I don't have an option to be "neutral" so I'll choose "maybe".. Because it is my wish for the highest good for everyone always. And we all have bad days from time to time. Blessings

I followed up by email on December 19, 2025, and at no point was I informed that consignment items must have tags attached--an unusual requirement for resale, especially for high‑end nightgowns and robes that were gifted and barely worn. My items were delivered to the Lilburn store on December 27, 2025, at 11:14 a.m. Despite multiple attempts to get an update, no one has been able to tell me where my items are or why I was never contacted if they were deemed unacceptable. My consignment contract included my full name, email address, phone number and physical address and was emailed directly to BBPD's business email address. When I finally reached an employee, they confirmed they received my items, but I was told the items could not be accepted due to missing tags, yet staff strangely could not locate my items for return. This is unacceptable. To date, I have received no explanation and no resolution.

You heard me! But they are worth every penny and I have a new Boo, so I'm good! Upon arrivl you must be buzzed in. They are looking at you in the camera ladies. So mind your manners as you approach the door. I tried on upwards of 10 pair of different sizes and lengths. I had my Spanx on and to my surprise once I took them off I actually went down a size. Lesson learned here....I need a smaller size in my Spanx. #TeamBuffieDaBody..... I also have the worlds largest calves so finding pants that fit my legs are very hard for me. And then I'm almost 6 feet tall so it's like a heavenly sent dream come true to find pants that do everything my body needs them to do. We grabbed two pair for me to take home and I even tried a few shirts. But my big arms prevent me from wearing sleeveless tops so I left with pants only. Feeling great about them jeans though! Meka was the perfect person to help me. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed I and made sure I knew how to get my PomPom's into the pants properly. She can look at you and tell if you need low cut, mid cut or regular cut. She knows what type of tops will help to flatter your body in the jeans as well. I can't say enough nice things about her and how she made me feel okay with my body. :-) THANK U GIRL!!! Ask about their specials if you throw a fitting party. It sounds like a great escape for a small group of curvy girls to get together and try on clothes. Awwww shopping. After receiving a super sale email for this weekend...I decided to go and check out Lisa Raye's jeans. This location is in a manufacturing area so, don't expect a strip mall or apparel store front. again this is a warehouse. I must say I still was impressed with the amount of inventory, various of sizes & colors & styles of the jeans here. I went here knowing that I wanted a red pair of skinny jeans & had a spending limit in my head of $100-125. One oft girlfriends accompanied me & I just knew we were going to be in & out in a records time. Well, ummmm that was so NOT the case! We had to of fried on like 25pairs of jeans. Not sure why it was warm, we were sweating because, the had all the crook g fans on but, while trying on the jeans...me & my friend was sweating! Smh Any who, staff was like amazingly fun helping us pick through the $20 jean sale, $5 shirts. I told the supervisor on duty at the register, only thing that was missing was champagne. She said actually during the well we serve wine. I did notice the bar and thought that is a warm & fuzzy idea. Every woman wants to feel like a Millikan bucks when spending her money, even if it was minimum! Kudos to Lisa Raye for her line of jeans. Most of them fit wonderful but, the better fit you are...the better the jeans fit! FYI: The supervisor said they have 2 large sales like this a year & I look forward to taking friends to the next.
