It is a little hard to find since the name on the business is different than what is listed in Google maps and what my doctor provided. They had it decorated with an old-time theme, which I really like. You'll enter through the side door, which was also a little hard to identify even with the sign telling us to use the side door. It just didn't seem like it was a business until entered. To be honest, I was not sure the business was open but it was very inviting once I entered the small space. I was greeted immediately and told someone will be me shortly. It did not take very long for the staff member to assist me and she was very kind at telling me what to expect, wait time and assisting me with information pertaining my prescription. This place comes highly recommended and now I understand why.

The major complaint is & always has been the unbelievably slow & unfriendly service, from most but not all, of the staff when picking up prescriptions. I've been to other CVS in the area & it'sa totally different experience. Their new computerized system has helpd quite a bit but there is usually only one employee behind the counter helping at 2 computers signin area & the drive-thru counter. Even once I type in my information it came still take more than 10 minutes to be served. I get a lot of we'll be with you in a minute (I don't think they can tell time). I rarely walk out happy. Also there is rarely ever anyone at the main store checkout. They have self check out which is easy & great, but if you have a problem, there is no one to help. I recently ordered photos several times & there was no one at the photo pick up station. Once I waited more than 10 minutes for help & then they hand me the prepaid photos & for the next week I get an email reminding me to pick up my photos. The staff in the rest of the store, for the most part, look stressed & unhappy. The unhappiness comes through in their unfriendly behavior. I'm very frustrated.

This Publix Pharmacy is very friendly, the pharmacists and other staff are very helpful, the place is very clean and organized. Excellent prices, superb knowledgeable staff and convenient. What more can you ask for from your local pharmacy and the wait time is not at all bad either especially if you phone in the prescription ahead of arrival. Which is my preferred way to do. Love this place and won't be going any other places else no time soon. Open everyday for inside sale and for pick-up. Try them and you will like them as much as I do. Mostly a great store to zoom through and get what you need and be on your way.
