Only to continue to be frustrated and let down. the last straw was last week I turned in a new Rx l turned in on Monday. Was told needed to be ordered they didn't have stock. Would take a day or two. I called back Friday and was told for the FIRST TIME this was a drop ship order and no eta. If I knew this earlier I would have gone to someone who had stock or ordered some place more honest pharmacy. I called again today and they still didn't have any eta. Said they have other pharmacy that has stock. Aslady in pharmacy said you can pick up at other locations. No you ordered this a week ago. Please get it to your store tomorrow so I can pick up . She said no you have to go to other location. wow that's the most ridiculous thing I've heard. Do yourself a favor , save some frustration and go to another pharmacy. After that store encountered an issue with the information transfer, I called CVS in an attempt to understand and recruit their help. The Pharmacist insisted it was the other store's problem. I asked about the process in general and she continued to repeat it's the other store's problem. I clarified I was trying to understand the process and they reiterated that she doesn't know ... bc it's the other store's problem. Frustrated with the conversation turning negative and culminating in her hanging up, I decided to share this experience so others can know this: not everyone in the medical or pharmaceutical field joined to be of service and help people. Please find a store that does. And to people joining the medical field, please make sure your heart is in the right place.

At first she said it's because it's a controlled substance. I work in a pain practice and know the levels of controlled medications. She can fill it. But no.. she would only allow me to fill that if I also picked up the expensive inhaler (which I don't need because I have at home) Pharmacist at CVS or Walgreens think they're above MDs for some reason. I asked her to call the hospital pharmacy to verify it and she REFUSED! I called the hospital and went over everything and they said they should be filling exactly what I need and they should've just called the hospital for to verify. Goes to show that this pharmacist likes to be on a power trip. If you want to actually have a say in people's medications how about you go become a MD, DO, PA, or FNP. If not do as your told.

I had a great experience at this pharmacy, the staff was friendly, helpful, and patient with myself and other customers in the store. Being a small-business type of pharmacy, the prices are very low, but they still have a very large selection of over the counter medicine and other things. In terms of the actual pharmacy department, the filed my prescriptions very quickly even with me being a new customer! I would definitely recommend this pharmacy.

Today I saw a guy who was clearly foreign try to insert his card to pay for his items. The card reader didn't work so employee EVELYN- short older ugly black woman, yelled that he was doing it wrong, came around the register, snatched his card out of his hand, tap it, then push it back I his hand. So RUDE!!! EVELYN you need an attitude adjustment and a life lesson on being kind to someone who is foreign and didn't speak English and asking for help. That raggedy 2 inch ponytail must have been too tight and squeezed your brain to make you THINK you can be disrespectful.
