I came in with two medium-size boxes, like I have done many times over the last six years. As I entered, a short female employee with long, dark hair called out that she couldn't take the boxes because of the sign on the side of the box. I questioned it, indicated that I know of the sign in their FedEx cabinet with SPECIFIC UN-battery numbers that they could not take, and that I had dropped these off many times before, and these numbers did not match the sign in their cabinet. She INSISTED she wasn't going to take them and refused to double check the numbers. Fine. Whatever. If you don't want to do your job, just say so. No one else was at the counter needing help, and there was another employee at the counter, so it wasn't like the counter would have been unmanned. Or at least give better and more believable lies to turn away packages. Like "the cabinet is full" or "the FedEx scanner is broken today."

This Publix Pharmacy is very friendly, the pharmacists and other staff are very helpful, the place is very clean and organized. Excellent prices, superb knowledgeable staff and convenient. What more can you ask for from your local pharmacy and the wait time is not at all bad either especially if you phone in the prescription ahead of arrival. Which is my preferred way to do. Love this place and won't be going any other places else no time soon. Open everyday for inside sale and for pick-up. Try them and you will like them as much as I do. Mostly a great store to zoom through and get what you need and be on your way.

After that store encountered an issue with the information transfer, I called CVS in an attempt to understand and recruit their help. The Pharmacist insisted it was the other store's problem. I asked about the process in general and she continued to repeat it's the other store's problem. I clarified I was trying to understand the process and they reiterated that she doesn't know ... bc it's the other store's problem. Frustrated with the conversation turning negative and culminating in her hanging up, I decided to share this experience so others can know this: not everyone in the medical or pharmaceutical field joined to be of service and help people.
