I made a specific request for a particular design that appeared on their website, and I was told they could do it. The flowers were delivered later that day but were clearly the wrong arrangement. Interestingly, the person who took my order even sent me a picture of the vase to confirm what I wanted. Although they replaced the arrangement the next day, the overall experience was disappointing. My friend loves flowers, and I wanted to surprise her with a unique, beautiful arrangement -- but I had to tell her about the mix-up, which ruined the surprise. While the staff was friendly during the ordering process, no one ever called to apologize or confirm the correction. I won't use this florist again. I value great customer service and attention to detail, and this experience was time-consuming and frustrating. Next time, I'll just pick up an arrangement myself and deliver it personally.
