They do have a rewards program (that is free) that gives some pretty good perks if you want to keep up with them. They didn't have what we were looking for, but we had forgotten to bring some waters (for a concert we were going to), so took the opportunity to grab those while we were here. There are also sections of wedding, baby, and birthday themes items, as well as things that are good for a "just because" gift. After checking in, the nurse practitioner on duty, Christina (a floating NP), told us around 5:10 PM that she would be "right with us." However, after finishing with her previous patient, she called in another patient who appeared to be a no-show. We politely explained that we had been waiting based on her word and the confirmation we received, and that the other patient hadn't shown up. She seemed confused by the situation, made no effort to clarify or help, and ultimately refused to see our child--offering no real explanation aside from saying she was overbooked and too busy. Her dismissive attitude, lack of professionalism, and unwillingness to help were extremely frustrating. We waited 45 minutes, only to be denied care for our 4-year-old. If a provider is too overwhelmed to assess a young child--especially when there's a no-show appointment and we're on standby--that's a serious problem. This experience was unacceptable. We won't be returning to this location.

Bottom is the basement and top floor goes to street level. After figuring out what to get, I used the self checkout but it was not showing the true sale price. I looked for an employee to help me and the sales associate Derrika was the only one around. She was amazing and helped me at the register. She was able to troubleshoot and figure out why the system was showing the wrong prices pretty quickly. She was also by herself at the moment, had to take a customer call who was rambling on about some issue that has nothing to do with Derrika, and was also actively making sure people around were ok. So my review is mostly for Derrika, she made me experience at this CVS very pleasant and I appreciate her service and dedication without losing her cool. Go Derrika!
