I had a very disappointing experience at the pharmacy drive-through at the Walgreens located at…read more2075 Grayson Hwy in Grayson. I pulled up around 2:35 PM with no one in line to pick up my prescription, yet it took quite a while before anyone assisted me. The pharmacist confirmed my prescription and began merging my accounts, but when I showed my prescription discount card through the window, he suddenly told me I had to come inside the store. I explained that I have previously used the same card at the drive-through without any issue. The only time I have ever been asked to come inside is when a prescription was not ready, which I completely understand. That was never given as the reason in this case. After waiting nearly 30 minutes with confusing instructions, the pharmacist refused to fill my prescription and stated he was also the manager. The situation escalated unnecessarily and he even called the police. When the officers arrived and I explained what happened, they agreed the situation was ridiculous. This interaction showed extremely poor communication and customer service for someone in a managerial role. I hope Walgreens corporate reviews this location's practices so other customers do not experience the same situation.

I'm so disappointed that the first cvs couldn't even check to see what was wrong when clearly my right tonsil is completely inflamed. As I walked out the lady that got done said "you were sitting there all that time and they still won't take you?" And I just started crying. I do not recommend the minute clinic.

They were suppose to be closed but they stayed just to fill my sons prescription seeing how sick he was. That my friend is going above and beyond if you ask me. And yes they have ran out of my medicine a few times but it is not their fault it is the suppliers. People need to learn that the staff can only do so much. I don't really expect much from Walmart but today's visit was worth a review. I went to buy some flowers. I park at the garden center, notice the sign says open from 8-8. Perfect. I walk in, load a bunch of plants in my cart and head to checkout at the garden center. But that would be too easy. There is an employee standing there and I notice the "lane closed" sign is at the register. I inquire of the nice man who says the register lady closed at 2:00. It is 3:30. This means I have to walk allllll the way to the checkout lines to purchase my cart full of plants. Which I did. I put half of my plants on the conveyor belt and the very nice cashier said she can come around to scan my plants, which she did. When I was done paying, she is having to wipe the plant dirt off of the conveyor belt before people put their groceries or clothing items on there. I apologize and tell her there was no one to check out at the garden center so I had to walk all the way to her and then all the way back to my vehicle which was parked at the garden center. I was very frustrated. I will say the employees that I spoke to were both very nice and apologetic. But, come on Walmart, pay an employee to work at the garden center! At least I got my steps in today.

This is never the case at Covenant. I'm always greeted by name and with a smile. There's never a ridiculous wait for getting anything filled and if it's not in stock, the pharmacist can usually have it ready the following day. I stopped using Walgreen's years ago due to their refusal to order a specific medication because it was one that they didn't normally carry. Never a problem at Covenant...they aim to please. Don't be fooled by the small store - they have a fair collection of everyday essentials in there also.
