I had a very disappointing experience at the pharmacy drive-through at the Walgreens located at 2075 Grayson Hwy in Grayson. I pulled up around 2:35 PM with no one in line to pick up my prescription, yet it took quite a while before anyone assisted me. The pharmacist confirmed my prescription and began merging my accounts, but when I showed my prescription discount card through the window, he suddenly told me I had to come inside the store. I explained that I have previously used the same card at the drive-through without any issue. The only time I have ever been asked to come inside is when a prescription was not ready, which I completely understand. That was never given as the reason in this case. After waiting nearly 30 minutes with confusing instructions, the pharmacist refused to fill my prescription and stated he was also the manager. The situation escalated unnecessarily and he even called the police. When the officers arrived and I explained what happened, they agreed the situation was ridiculous. This interaction showed extremely poor communication and customer service for someone in a managerial role. I hope Walgreens corporate reviews this location's practices so other customers do not experience the same situation. read more

I've been using this Pharmacy for a couple years and I've had it with them. They never answer when you call and when you finally do get through, they keep putting you on hold. If you go inside the store or if you go through the drive-through, you wait forever because they only usually have about one person working. accommodating and I text them Forever to fill your prescriptions DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY! read more

The customer service at this store is horrible. When I drove up a worker: Tammi said, "I will be with you," then she said yes, who are you picking up for?" She had no customer service through the conversation. She told me the cost, "your total is___". She gave me the items and receipt then turn her back and walk away. Terrible photo services, better to goto walmart instead. If an attendant name Hunter in there, dont even bother taking picture there. Took terrible pictures more than 15 times at low lights and the printed one are not even acceptable by their own system, though it stated to check couple of items system verified for, they went ahead and printed it. Asked whether those will be uploaded onto my account prior to take pics, they said yes and after printing, Hunter said the picture wont be in passport size and he doesnt know how to transfer it to an account or flash drive... How stupid for a guy working in photo center!!! Once I said size doesn't matter, He admitted he need money to do it or else need to buy a flash drive from him to get it uploaded. read more

We are so frustrated with this pharmacy!!! After years with cvs our insurance made us switch. Our prescriptions are NEVER ready, they do not have knowledgeable staff and they never have the meds we need. We just needed a steroid pack for my son and it won't be here for 2 weeks??? We are switching to Kroger pharmacy. Walgreens is consistently disappointing. read more

Many thanks to the awesome staff at Walgreen Grayson. I limped in there today after severely twisting my foot. I was in such pain that I couldn't walk to back of the store to get an ace bandage. One of the nice ladies at the counter graciously went to the back of the store and brought me three bandages to choose from. I chose one and she quickly rang me up so I could leave. I mostly come here for medicine. Drive thru pharmacy you used to have to wait for a while but it has gotten better and if I have to wait, I'll keep myself busy by doing something I can't do when driving and no tailgating so don't get any ideas. Their drive thru also sells some over the counter medicine for your convenience. Not a 24 hour store or pharmacy. read more

I stopped in this particular Walgreens in Grayson to see if they had some new makeup I was interested in. I had already been to the Snellville location and they did not have what I wanted. When I walked in I was not greeted. Ok maybe they were busy? As I was browsing the cosmetics I heard the cashier greeting all incoming guests. Ok, I let it slide. I finally found 2 highlighters I was interested in and proceeded to checkout. I then remembered they sometimes have nice toys on sale, so I turned around to go to the toy aisle. While I was there I noticed this woman was acting suspicious. She was a little too friendly with my baby and just hung out on the aisle not really looking at anything in particular. When I finally found a toy for my baby, I proceeded to the checkout and noticied the suspicious woman hanging on the next aisle in the front where she again was hanging around and not really looking at anything in particular. When I got to the front of the store I turned back and took a picture of the woman and the aisle I had just left. Funny thing when I looked back at the pictures I had taken, she had moved up the aisle and was right behind me headed to the front. While I was paying for my items; there she was. She popped up out of no where ( I almost thought she was going to say BOO, the way she just popped up) and was right behind me in the line looking at my items and me checking out. The cashier also did something that was suspicious that I later mentioned to my spouse (he agreed this was suspicious) that I will not write about because it involves my baby. I am a African-American woman just as this woman was. She as light brown skinned with short natural hair with highlights about 250 pounds. It was so obvious she was undercover LP. This is not the first time I have been profiled at this Walgreens. I was looking for makeup there a couple of months prior and the worker (white woman) said they didn't sell black radiance or Milani. WTF?!?! I was asking for makeup not just Black brands. They make many assumptions at this location and I would be very careful shopping here if you are Black. The White and Black workers profiled me so they may profile you too. With drugstores on every corner, I would think twice about shopping here unless the profiling doesn't bother you. There are plenty of stores that deserve your hard earned money without having to deal with Racial Microaggressions by the staff at this Walgreens. read more

I came in to this store the other day. I was giving it a second chance. My first visit was horrible because of a manager that was just a waste of management. He was not sympathetic with what I was saying. He just stared at me like I was irritating him. (Not sure of his name but to my knowledge he is a high up manager, a african American gentleman). I am a older african American woman. The minute we were done talking, a caucasian woman asked him a question and he smiled and started walking with her. That was a few weeks ago. So on my second visit i encountered a young man and lady up front. They welcomed me in. The young man asked me if i needed help, and helped me. The young lady that rung me out was so pleasant. I complimented her nails and she was really tall, with glasses. Sorry I didnt get names. Those two young people restored my faith in this store. Hopefully management can take some lessons. read more

Whats the point of a drive thru when the prescriptions are never ready? I waited 15 mins for them to tell me they were out of the most important prescription and they would have to call it in to another Walgreens. They said they would go ahead call it in so it would be ready by the time I got there. Ended up waiting another 20 mins for the next Walgreens to get the prescription ready. Terrible service and communication. After years of dealing with it and now having to sit and wait for them to get it together while I sit in my car super sick, I'll be switching pharmacies. I hear Kroger has great customer service at their pharmacy! read more

Always an issue with them. Im moving to a place with less delays and less issue filling prescription. Without fail every time I try to fill one of prescription I have to go to another place or wait days. Done! read more
