Rude staff. Pharmacy let me stand there waiting for 10 mins before I ended up just leaving. I was the only person waiting. One lady was on the phone while two other ladies were having a personal conversation about how she couldn't afford a car, only a bicycle. All while telling me to wait when I had one simple question. The worst CvS you can ever visit! They're slow and have a full staff. The will see people standing in line, and will not put anyone at the desk to help out. Also, there have been many times where I've submitted refills, and it's not ready. read more

I came to this particular CVS for almost all of my vaccinations because it's closer to my house. I went today on Saturday, September 23 and Doctor Bonita was highly unprofessional with no customer service skills in all honesty should not be working here at the CVS every other doctor that has grace their presence at the CVS health hub has been kind and hospitable. I do not recommend going here nor getting service from this lady didn't come in with any attitude greeted her with a smile and she proceeded to talk to me as if I was her child and incompetent and when in fact we are in the same field DISGUSTING. read more

ASHLEY at the front register when you first walk in the door was extremely helpful, professional and had a smile on her face every step of the way with helpline find exactly what I was looking for as well as helping me to sign up for the extra care plus card! You don't find to many good workers at any of these CVS stores anymore. Especially ones without attitudes and helpful. Ashley is definitely an asset to CVS compared to all the other workers especially that pharmacy!! read more

These folks lack customer service in the pharmacy! The lady at the door lied to me! They had just closed when I had got up to the drive thru window even tho I was there before they closed there were just cars in front of me! Im sick and don't feel good at all and was just diagnosed with Covid! I even asked the lady can she transfer my meds to another location so I can get my medication and she told me no which is a total lie! She lucky I wasn't feeling well... I'll just leave it at that! Just like the incompetent healthcare/Pharmaceutical system, I have seen numerous problems with pharmacies but this one takes the trophy for being inconsiderate and carless about patients time, I have never had a phone call answered and when going to pharmacy they make you wait for hours or tell you to come back another day. total waste to patient time but they careless. not to mention some arrogant staff. don't choose this store. read more

We had an appointment for a sinus infection . We got there early and checked in . For the provider to tell us they could not see us but cause she had not had a covid test. NO WHERE IN 3 EMAILS AND TEXT DID IT SAY THAT SHE NEED TO BE TESTED BEFORE SHE COULD BE SEEN!!! read more

After a quick visit to the physician, I was told to wait at the counter to pick up prescription in about 10 minutes. I took a magazine and waited. After four customers and 15 minutes later I walked up to the counter where all three employees made eye contact but said nothing. Two customers came up and were acknowledged and directed to walked in front of me. Bad customer service. The physician asked me after waiting so long i wanted to have it filled at Publix instead. That's when an employee called my name. I suspect it was done well before my name was called. I would not recommend this pharmacy. read more

CVS Pharmacy - Drugstores Near Me - LOGANVILLE, Georgia

Pitiful. No one was working up front when I arrived. I have a very bad ankle condition where I can't walk far. And can't stand very long at all. I was just looking for Father's Day cards that should have been displayed up front. I finally found your everyday cards but no fathers days cards so i looked on both isles next to it and saw nothing so I went to the other side of the isles and finally found the father's days cards and they didn't even take have the side of the isle which is the reason i couldn't find the father's day cards. Then the best card they had didn't have a envelope. And I looked for envelopes in others cards to fit it even on the regular cards aisle and non fit the card. Then I had to wait a while in the checkout line and no one was even helping her. I finally saw this lady that had come in and out twice pushing in cards and actually had to ask her if she worked there because she didn't wear the normal CVS badge and her badge was very small and she didn't have CVS clothes. So when she said she worked there I told her the situation about the card and she tried to find one in the card aisle and she brought the biggest one she could find and it didn't fit. She did try but she could have at least opened up the envelopes for sale in the card section and gave me one but she didn't. Won't be back. The cashier was friendly though. read more

I will NEVER use this pharmacy again. The first time I had a script sent there, the pharmacist was rude and it took three trips (in the same day) to get my medicine. Today, only the second time I have used this CVS, I need an antibiotic for a tooth abscess. After negotiating their stupid phone system, I finally spoke to the pharmacist. They have the script order, but their system is down. No clue if it will be up today. I should have had it sent to Publix across the street. Lesson learned. read more

I am giving five stars here because I don't believe in hurting somebody score on this website. However I had prescriptions that were supposed to be ready this morning and I waited until this evening to get it done. Somehow or another none of them are ready they had me pull back around in the line and now I'm number 10 in line. I understand it's busy and this time of year especially with the crap that is going on. But why the hell do you want to put me at the end of the line after you had all day to fill the prescription. Not to mention that I even called to make sure that it was done. You guys need to work on this shit..Furthermore two of the prescriptions that they had not filled was because insurance did not cover it. I informed them that just because the insurance doesn't cover it doesn't mean I don't wanna pay for it. Dumbasses read more

I just visited the pharmacy at this location. I just had a 'professional' pharmacist yell at me from back behind the counter asking me, "sir have you had your flu shot yet?" Do we now have pharmaceutical representatives in white lab coat working behind the counter at your local CVS pharmacy? How is this pharmacist being incentivized to take the time from her busy tasks at hand to yell at me to see whether or not I have received my flu shot or not? Not professional! Pharmacy would not fill my full prescription because it was more than a three month amount. My doctor thinks the prescription she wrote is fine. The pharmacy should not be able to undercut my doctor. read more

I came to the clinic and waited over an hour per the estimated time quoted. I was texted a message not to leave the area as my turn would be in the next 30 minutes. After that time was exceeded I was then listed as having additional time due to a mandatory break. I then waited that time only to have the minute clinic employee prepare to leave when I then asked about my appointment she stated she was going on break. I asked her what about the last thirty minutes and she stated she was going to get something to eat. This is the worst service I have ever had here and feel it was extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable. read more

If I could give 1/2 star, I would. The regular staff are extremely nice but there just aren't enough of them. Understaffing store personal is a great way to run off customers. I only have to drive another couple of blocks to Walgreens where I've always received prompt attention. Sorry CVS, you lost me. read more
