It is a home away from home as we're warmly greeted when entering and provided a clean sanitized cart. Publix store is clean, well-organized, with great prices, Buy One Get One Free (BOGOs), large spacious aisles, plenty of competent and friendly cashiers, lots of parking, great location, and best of Associates who go out of their way to help you, the customer. Customers get the best of best quality service and product. Very much a team effort from top to bottom. A great book called A Piece of the Pie: The Story of Customer Service at Publix explains what that premier service is and how the company's associates make it happen. I always come here since it's near our house and the store is always clean, bright, and we can find everything we need. Wide selection of bakery items, produce, goods, etc. I love getting the sushi there as it's always fresh and they do $5 sushi Wednesdays too. My favorite sushi is the crunchy roll! I l also love their pastries and my all time favorite is the guava cream cheese one. The store has a pharmacy too (I occasionally fill my medications and get my vaccines here) and a deli. I love Publix's fried chicken and subs! My favorite sub is the holiday one (it has bacon, cranberry sauce, turkey, etc.) and it's divine! The customer service is usually really great, happy, fast, attentive, and above and beyond. However, if you go in the evenings, the customer service can be a bit rude and inattentive. There were multiple instances, where I've went between the hours of 8-8:30pm and the employees definitely acted like they did not want to be there. One time, the cashier didn't even greet me and when I politely said "thank you" to him after he rang up my items and gave my receipt, he just proceeded to ignore me and talk to his other co-worker. I've noticed that at night, some of the employees like to hang around and gossip. Only reason I'm knocking off one star. If you go throughout the day though, everything is great! Plenty of parking available. It's located in a small shopping center. I love how conveniently close it is to our house, but I will say, prices are pricier than other grocery chains like Aldi or Walmart. I would say Publix prices are on par with Target. But they do BOGO deals often here. read more

Walking into this Publix, I instantly noticed how cleaned and nice it smelled. As I'm making my way to the deli, I am greeted with more delightful scents. Walking I to the bakery you instantly get a tickle of cinnamon swimming through the air which is quickly replaced by the salivating, distinctive, smell of Publix fried chicken. My stomach was set on a Boar's Head Chicken Cordon Bleu on the delectable Italian 5 grain subroll. There was a small line (of course there's a line. They are PubSubs!) and I watched the deli associate, Johnny taking extra care on the lady's order in front of me. He has great customer service skills and awesome marketing! The lady loved him, specifically asked for his name and then Johnny made sure to let her know and also invite her back to see him! Talk about return sales! Once I became line winner (woohoo 1st place!), Johnny greeted me warmly and welcoming. He had to cut my sub meat fresh (never mind that! Love a fresh cut) and then built it with love and care. The best way to explain how I watched this artist transform these ingredients put before him into something magically delicious is the famous scene from the film 'Ghost'. He handcrafted this beautiful piece of edible art that I later devoured and cried tears of joy and contentment from. I WILL be back to see Johnny and challenge all Pub Sub Artists to aspire to be as phenomenal as this man. It does not matter which location you go to. All of the stores are so clean, organized and smells good when you walk in the door. I love all of the BOGO's they have each week. Especially, when it is meat. I happened to be looking at a new home in the area and decided to stop in and check the store out. Nice store. The employees are always so nice, friendly and helpful. I love Publix. This specific store always has the friendliest staff. Going shopping with a 2 yr old isn't the most pleasant experience. The staff will offer my son a balloon and give him a sticker at the register to keep him occupied. Yesterday as we were waiting for our subs, someone from the deli came over to us. Out of nowhere, the employee gave my son a slice of cheese to eat. He was ecstatic! This is proof of great customer service and why I continue to shop here. Oh and check out the Jaguar sub, which is only around during football season. Chicken tenders, cheddar cheese,bacon,bbq sauce and coleslaw. I hear they have great fried chicken in the deli that is better than Popeye's. Their sweet tea is also really good. BOGO is way to save a lot of money. read more

One bite into the soft, scrumptious, deliciousness that is the Mojo Pork Sub gave me yet one more reason to love Publix....besides the overall cleanliness of the joint and multiple staff to assist you around every corner, of course. Steamy shreds of Mojo marinated soft pork , onions, with your choice of cheese and numerous toppings....ask them to toast the sub for you...it's greatness will then multiply tenfold. I get mine on whole wheat, but there is a large variety of breads and wraps to choose from to satisfy both the indulgent and health conscious eater. Next to try will be the Asian BBQ Pork Sub with marinated shredded pork, asian sweet chile sauce, cucumbers, carrots and cilantro. Yep, sounds like a plan indeed. Thanks to grocers like Publix, gone are the days of the "Plain Jane" supermarket delis, and with so many locations available, it's now that much easier and convenient to eat healthy and be happy! Just moved to Oakleaf so I am trying out the stores around here. I have been to both of the Publix locations and think I like this one better. They did not seem to have enough race car carts but thankfully my daughter didn't think it was the end of the world on this particular day. Everyone was friendly that worked there and weren't trying to avoid speaking to you. The meat guy liked my daughter's rainbow face from the smears of her free cookie and the cashier named Cola (cool name) genuinely asked how our day was. The bagged gave her some Publix loves kids stickers. If I get back into couponing I will have to update how nice they are with that. It was clean and not too busy. Publix has awesome BOGO deals.you can't beat the saving you get when you take advantage of the deals they offer. A lot of items prices are hit or miss. I usually can find them cheaper other place but the staff is friendly and convince is a big factor. Vegetables are always fresh and prices are reasonable. The bakery staff knows be by name, which is pretty sad. My wife has been craving doughnuts and their selection is pretty decent. Overall great store. read more

Overall, this place is a very nice place to shop. The staff is quite professional & polite. The only negative is that lately they seem to run out of chocolate flavored Almond Breeze milk (I'm a big fan!), so I wind up having to go to the Publix on Argyle Forest Blvd which is also deserves the exact same review service wise of 4 stars. read more
