Horrible management When I place a delivery order ftom that location its always delayed so i switched to another local Wal Mart and its a 100% better. That says alot about management of the opd digital order for pick up & delivery. I have witnessed who the main coach is and how she treats her team. I have been using a diffrent location and none of the ptoblens exist that is always an issues at Collins Rd. . I get my groceries on time all the time as long as i do not choose Collins Rd Walmart Supercenter . The management that is the main Coach over OPD Digital is horrible thats probably why their is such poor reviews compared to other stores. read more

Great store. It was a late night of shopping and could not find my size/color in a tank top. However, we were able to find the Easter basket fillers for the kiddos. I was also looking for vassarette hi-cut control panties, but could not find any. Doesn't look like they carry them. read more

This Walmart, including the restroom, is always very clean whenever I come in to shop. I've never run into any trash on the floor or any unsightly toilet bowls at this location. Whomever is in charge of cleaning, is doing a bang up job! Pros: The employees always seem to be restocking things when I'm there, which I appreciate. I can't recall ever having something I came in for - be out of stock! And of course... there aren't many places around that beat Walmart's prices! I thought that this Walmart would be better than my usual one off San Jose, but nope; it was just as bad. I pulled in and there were buggies all over the parking lot that I had to dodge as I made my way to a space to park. Once inside the store it was super crowded with people all in the way; making it difficult to get some groceries and other things and get the heck out of there. Once up at the registers the lines were super long; including self checkout. After waiting in line I was finally at a self checkout register where I ring up a big buggy full of stuff on an old machine that I had to wave the barcodes in front of several times to get it to pick up the price. Finally done and it was time to pay. I paid and tried to hurry out of the store, but it was a madhouse with people everywhere blocking the exits; thank goodness there was no fire. read more

I placed an order this morning for grocery delivery from Collins Av location. Got confirmation order and delivery time of 4 to 5. No notification till 6:30 saying on their way. No communication. I just had the worst experience ever with WalMart delivery. Not only did the driver not speak English he dropped my stuff off at someone else's house and I can't find it it's $150 worth of food! I even asked for them to sign when they deliver it! Tried to call customer service six times and kept getting some guy from the apparel department that had no way of getting anybody he'd only been there 3 days. The manager meant there is horrible they don't answer the phone they don't take care of anything! I'm giving this a zero rating!!!! It's pretty safe to say that most brick and mortars are catering to the online shoppers, in Wal-Mart's case they have never been customer service friendly but at least they always have things in stock from vegetables to camping gear. This location opened without bearing that in mind because I have been here many times and it seems like they don't carry what I need when the two opposing Walmart closest to this location does. I have gotten to the point where I just order things online from their website now since considering this is the newer store, all the older ones will follow suit soon. The parking lot is also a pain and navigating is not easy, especially when you are that the light trying to leave and you have basically a four way stop with the traffic trying to leave on the other end by the gas station and soon to be car wash, not exactly Walmart's fault but it does give me something to consider before coming here. read more

I love this location: other than the traffic at busy times of day but still this Walmart has like 30-40 self checkouts and I go to this one instead of 103rd which is closer to my house because I don't have to wait in long lines such as 103rd.. I use to shop at that one but Collins rd I always get friendly service, it's new and clean and I get in and out with shopping vs at other Walmart's i am in line waiting for long periods. So I recommend this location definitely. read more

Stopped at the Collins Rd. Walmart while helping a friend move into a new apartment. Was supposed to be a quick in/out for selected groceries and a few cleaning supplies. Went to check out....self-check out lines were so long. Little movement, I had frozen food items including ice cream I picked up for a surprise. Half way to check out, some argument happened between customer and store clerk. It was so slow, so bad, so irritating...I have never done this before...I walked away from my cart half full of groceries, cleaning supplies and forzen food items. Awful service in the pick up department. If it weren't for Target being out of stock on certain items, I would have stuck to their drive up service because their employees are much friendlier and more punctual than the Walmart pick up employees. These Walmart people seem like they hate their jobs. Not even a "hello" and it took 15-20 mins or so of waiting until they finally brought out our stuff. For Carol, in the Fabric Dept., at the Walmart Superstore on Collins, in Orange Park. FL Thanks Carol!! You are one Diligent, Persevering Lady!!!! It would have been kind and conscientious of the employee who worked the shift before yours to put the fabric ticket equipment where you could find it when you came on shift, but they didn't. As a result, you had to spend over 30 minutes scouring the store in search of it to use to accommodate me, the customer, trying to make a fabric purchase on 9/23/22, first thing in the morning. Hoping Management gets a handle on this issue, because it really was an inconvenience to have to wait as long as I did, because of someone else's lacking in being mindful of how it would make Carol's day and the customers day fare better had they cared enough to place the missing tool needed to operate efficiently in the the department in view at the station! I'm in pickup and the worker are slower then a turtle. You call the number to tell them your here and it goes to voicemail and its always full so i have to call multiple times to get a real person . Everytime I come to pickup here it takes almost an hour sitting in the parking lot after making call for my order. If I wasn't disable I would go in and pick my stuff up myself it would be much easier. read more

Way to make hard working people feel like common criminals! The staff here hovers over you and critiques every scan as you're trying to grab dinner to bring home. They'll take away your receipts and have someone come and grill you even though they watched you scan every item. Never shopping here again! read more

Would give a 0 star if I could. Got a notification that my groceries had been picked up, even though I did not go up there to pick them up. Called the store and pressed option 3 for pick up. Girl in the fitting room answered instead. Explained my issue and she said she would transfer my call, then I get hung up on. I call back three more times and get hung up on. Finally, I get the girl in the fitting room again and ask to speak with a manager. She says she cannot find a manager for me. Says there is nothing she can do to help and that my order "probably did go to someone else." Contacted Walmart support and they tell me the best they can do is issue a refund- which I'll get in 5-10 days. Now I'm out money, and have no groceries for dinner. I had the worst experience today at this location! Blazing hot outside with my toddler.. I jumped out of the truck to grab a cart for her and the baby bag and the employee ignored me when I asked for one. He had ten carts and said "go get one inside". I asked for a cart again and he blocked me and held onto the carts like he was paid to not allow anyone to use them. Mean while my daughters still waiting to be taken out. This location needs to stick employees who do not know how to communicate in the back where they won't offend customers. I've never had such a horrible experience in a parking lot before. I purchased a tv 2/22/22 with extended warranty and the cashier didn't give us a receipt as he couldn't get the security device off, took another two people to try to get it off which led of further away from our cashier. Cashier should of walked over our receipt but didn't.. No one answers the customer service line. I don't live close to the store to go in but might have to take a trip there if I can't make any head way with the warranty dept.. as they don't have any records yet of the warranty being purchased. read more

I don't file complaints unless I get really irritated by something and this walmart has reached that level! If you come to this walmart do nooooot order curbside pickup. I swear they have no sense of urgency or care to help you out. I have been waiting for about 45 minutes now, spoken to 2 different people and called the number that is available on the sign in front of me about 7 times to try and get ahold of someone and no one ever answered. I tried picking it up inside and was told I had to come to a curbside spot. after waiting all this time another person comes up to me to tell me he can't find my order and suggests to just cancel it entirely. You have to bag your own stuff so don't even think about filling your cart up. They are always out of normal food. The lines to scan your own things are always super long and the employees could care less about helping you with literally anything. I love Walmart but this one is super slacking. This was my first trip to this new location. It's incredible what the right management can do for a franchise. One person in front of us at the checkout line, employees that know where products are and give precise directions. Air Conditioning that one can feel. The only clutter is from empty boxes that are being put up as new products are put on the shelves. Management, employees, and customers who are polite and helpful. Now if every Wal-Mart could be run this efficiently. Seriously, I hope that this store could serve as an example to others in their franchise. Perhaps, I went shopping at the miracle hour, or in a parallel universe, but this store rocks. While other franchise locations may be closer, I've yet to see one as efficient. Now, it's not perfect. They need some benches at key points in the store to allow us old timers a chance to rest. These super stores are huge. As this is a new location they don't have an in store restaurant...yet. Lastly, they have the same problem that every store has in keeping extremely popular items on the shelves, a logistical problem that they are working on according to the store manager. I enjoy telling management when things go smoothly and the customer is extremely satisfied. Keep up the tremendous work! read more

Tried to call the store twice- the phone will ring until it hangs up. What a sorry place. The Customer Service at Walmart really just don't care and many just hang-out to get a paycheck. Customers get to stand in line like a heard of sheep checking out. Seniors are treated like crap and the managers don't understand many have leg conditions just standing there. l Would give zero stars if I could. Carts are cluttering all of the parking spaces that are empty. But yet they have no carts available on the inside. I was in the store just using my hands instead of a cart for at least 20 minutes and I ended up leaving and putting everything back because the lines were huge. So big that they were going into the other sections behind the check out area. Yet not all of the cash registers are open? By the time I left they still have no carts available and no one is outside collecting them. People are literally standing there by the entrance waiting for a cart. read more

Parking lot is an absolute nightmare even when it's not busy. Consistently over charged for items. And the tire center NEVER has enough people working. Waiting over half an hour at the register to pay for an oil change because they had one employee inside trying to do everything. Checking in oil changes etc. The fabric department rarely has a battery for their machine to print out a label. Or there is always an issue with their handheld machine. There is always pan handlers in their parking lot. This is closest one to my house and I still go to 103rd when I can. At least I'm paying for what the UPC code shows on the shelf there!! read more

Tried to go to the automotive center and get a flat repaired service manager was extremely rude and there other manager was nowhere to be found! The guy was like we don't put on 20s cause we don't have the equipment for it, and I said so you don't sell 20's and he said "yes we do but we can't put them on. I was like so you have my brand tire in stock but you can't sell them to me and he was like no, I said um why do you have tires In stock that you can't sell and he was like I can't tell you that. read more

Worst parking lot ever. Off a busy highway but only one small road in and out of the parking lot which creates huge traffic delays. The lot is overcrowded and has a horrible design. Then once you do go inside the food shelves are horribly stocked and you pretty much waste time looking for items that aren't there. The freezer section is mostly EMPTY. No matter what time of day you go. This has to be the worst walmart in existence. read more

Brand new Walmart! Although this location is very convenient to stop at on my way home from work, because of its location on Collins it causes quite the traffic delay. As for all Walmarts, I still feel like there are never enough people working the registers but luckily they have several self-checkout lines and those go pretty quickly. read more

Very convenient with easy access. Love the way the aisle are very well defined. Being able to find most of the gluten free items in just one spot, makes it very easy and to the point. The only down fall, no internet service. I could't access my Walmart App. Hope they fix it soon. read more

One issue with Walmart in general is that, if you are not watching as your items are being rung up, you will be inevitably over charged for your items. Today, at this location, I was overcharged for 2 items. I told her 2 ring it up (I didn't want to hold up the line) and I would go back and check it. As I walked away, I overheard her telling my husband that she knew the price was correct because she always purchases this item. When I returned, I let her know that the price that I was charged was incorrect (thought it would help her if someone else came through her line with the same item) and she wanted to argue. I left and went to the customer service to get a refund. I mentioned this to the Manager. Don't know if anything was done about it but beware. Make sure you know what the prices are before you check out and if you are in doubt, let them go and find the correct price. read more
