I like this Publix! Not the most accessible location, though. Can be challenging to make a left onto Hwy 9, especially during rush hour. There's plenty of parking. The store is clean. The produce and seafood are always fresh. The bakery and deli have a great selection of pastries, salads and sandwiches. The shelves are organized and well stocked. It's easy to find items. If I am not able to locate an item, their staff is always ready and willing to help! Great service everytime. We come here regularly and have never had an issue. read more

This is actually an excellent location! Very clean! Nice and helpful staff. It was fully stocked as well. I just feel very strongly about racism. I had an encounter with a guy named Anthony at the deli counter. Let me just say.... I know children that can make a better sandwich than him. It was very clear he doesn't like his job. Not to mention as I'm ordering he's making weird comments like I'm using up too much of his condiments. Yet he's the one making the sandwich. It was so weird! Also when I ordered my sandwiches he used two horrendously thick pieces of meat on each sandwich. I'm really curious to see him make a white person a sandwich. Publix has quality food but the service is awful. Never trust the sales signs they are never reflected at the counter. Today, I bought Aquafina because if said buy one get one. I told the checkout person, and as usual it was not the case. He said I can get a manager. For what? It's a waste. I will only come for things I cannot find somewhere else. Don't waste your time unless you have to buy for convenience. Otherwise, they do not care about customer service or their own labeling. I will drive to Whole Foods moving forward. read more

I waited to order at the deli for 15-20 minutes, and as I'm about to order a woman cuts in front of me and the deli worker did not have the courtesy to assist my request even though I had priority. Ended up leaving with nothing, Horrible service overall. read more

I've shopped Publix since they started business in the area. Lately their produce and poultry has been not so great. I used to buy the fried chicken once or twice a week but las two time the chicken was bad. I thought of switching it up to the rotisserie chicken but twice again the chickens were bad . The produce falls the same. We bought mangos and they turned out bad, fruit salad that is almost $10 bad as well. They really need to stay on top of things. One can only use the pandemic for so long before customers stop returning. I've wasted well over $100 on bad food. It's a shame when I used to be ok with paying higher prices than Kroger but not it's not even worth it. May go back to Kroger soon and save money And time read more

Publix is my go to grocery store. I'm right in the middle of a publix triangle where I currently live so choosing one should be easy right? Not so fast..... this location is the least convenient for me but I still find myself coming here on occasion. The people here are friendly and it's laid out just life the other ones. I visit this store 4 or 5 times a week. Much of the staff knows me by name. Today, on this rainy Monday, I woke to find I had no coffee at home so I jumped in the car, trying to beat school traffic, and drove up to my favorite Publix. I noticed the 12oz coffee I normally purchase was on sale, I picked up 4 bags. I walked up to the check out and said CRAP! The young lady noticed as I said, I forgot my wallet. I asked, can I bring you the money in a couple hours? I even offered my phone as collateral. She said, let me check. She walked over to the customer service desk and explained the situation to the "manager" (I don't think she's the manager tho). I also promised to return within a couple hours, again offered my phone as collateral. This "manager" has seen me many times shook her head and said "sorry, I can't let the product leave the store" Needless to say, I was very disappointed. I love shopping at Publix because typically, they will do whatever they can to make their customers happy. This incident has left a very bad taste in my mouth. I left the store, went home and am now driving to Kroger to get Starbucks coffee. read more

I give it 3 grocery bags. I used to always go here but left for Ingles a few years back because I kept getting stuff past the expire date. But since the Ingles on Bethelview is a road construction mess, Ive gone back and find it pretty good. This place is awesome, location might not be as convenient like Kroger's but THE CUSTOMER service here is AWESOME . Thank you Publix for always making our visit pleasant. It takes bad experience to appreciate the good experiences in life. I have been coming to this location for 11 years and it's always great to come to this location. I am constantly being asked by employees if I need help & or of I found everything I needed . Always service with a smile . My son will be turning 14 next year and I hope he gets his first job here . Worst Publix in the area! They were out of stock for more than half of the items on my shopping list. They never offer to help with getting groceries out to your car, which is standard practice at all of the other Publix stores in the area. I have been going Publix at least 4 days a week for lunch. Since the new deli manager has started, the available options have been lacking and often not available at lunch like they were when Eudris was in charge. He made sure all the food was ready on time and everything operated efficiently. Generally, Publix has the best rotisserie chicken around and is why we go there to begin with. Today, May 2nd, I arrived at the store after 11am and there was not a single chicken in sight. I was asked by Jarrod if we were waiting on chicken, and politely said yes and he was extremely rude in his response and attitude and only gave excuses as to why he didn't have them ready yet. He treated me and the other customers like we were a problem for shopping in the store. I'm not a deli expert but it seems like having chickens ready would be especially easy since they were already cooked and they are out every single day. Generally the Publix staff is extremely friendly, but today's interaction left a lot to be desired. I know it's only chicken, but lunch is the highlight of most people's work day and when it is ruined, it's ruins the whole day. Update: went back today and it was back to being great. All lunch options were available and the chickens were perfect. All staff was extremely polite and helpful. Publix is back to being the best lunch in town. read more
