A little disappointing when I went for fresh fish they didn't have any grouper snapper so I left. I guess it depends on the location and client tell that they serve as to which type of fish they stock.

We tried the "Pick-up" groceries. Success!

I really have been enjoying the great value that we have been finding at Publix. This venue is clean, organized, well lit, and easy to maneuver. I appreciate the BOGO sales and the variety of products. The deli department is super cool. There's a lot to choice from like hot and ready food, salads to go (don't forget the dressing), and wonder selection of cold cuts. They even have pizza dough!!! A friendly staff and well stocked shelves. A community feel !

Only Publix I've been to in 2023/2024 that doesn't have a self checkout... Whaaaa.... Options are quite limited compared to other locations for hot food. They also did not have the garlic pickles for the sub order. Checkout is quick since they have many lanes open. There's two express lanes. Parking isn't terrible -- At least around lunch time.

Make fun of me all you want, but Publix is one of my favorite parts of visiting the sought. Always a large variety of options including baked goods and prepared meals. Beer options are vast and the store brand items are always quality. Maybe I'm a dork, but I love Publix and this location was no different. Some locations aren't great of course, like any chain grocery store. But this one was good-- clean, well-stocked, organized!

I love every Publix I visit and shop at. When I am in the area, I stop in and pick up some forgotten items for a meal I am about to prepare. I love the design and set up of this store. The Cashier was very nice at check out. I also love the way they have the BOGO Bins set up, as you walk in the door. Most of the times I find several bogo items that suits my needs. I had no intention of of buying though. But, who can pass up such a great deal?! If you know you're going to need it soon, why not buy it now? I highly recommend any and all Publix Supermarkets.

I always go to this public to get money orders the first of the month. I didn't see it posted anywhere yesterday but I believe they're .99. I use to go to shady corner store who would charge me $1.29 to $1.99 for my money order. It's clean and convenient and I love their hot complimentary coffee while I wait in line. I also saw the portable heath system in the side to check your blood pressure and BMI. The first time it said my bp was severely high. I removed my sweatshirt and reset the options. The second time it came back normal. I was also pleased to sign up for the email to use my email to check in to monitor my status over time. I've never had any issues.

I always have a pleasant experience here. The staff is always so helpful. I want to highlight the bakery, too! I got a round cake for 22 people and gave the directions, accessories and photo of what I wanted. It came out gorgeous AND delicious!! Everyone at the shower had great compliments....and it's so well priced! Highly recommend getting a cake from here.

Very nice and friendly neighborhood store. The produce department helped me choose a huge watermelon that was ready to eat, also the bakery started carrying a European pastry that I used to custom order, regular basis. Chocolate palmier (palmeras de chocolate) I used to eat this when I was a little girl back in Europe. I shop late and always feel safe in the parking lot.

Rainy, chilly night and some comfort food is in order from the deli

It's very rare that I come to this Publix market, but when I do I am always impressed with the staff, the beauty of how it's merchandise and the overall feel of being welcome once you enter. Why should today be any different? It wasn't. Still the best service in the business. This night, I was planning to be brief by grabbing some delicious goodies from the deli, then home to shelter myself from a rainy cold evening with comfort food. In Publix, the deli has the best smell of their southern fried chicken and other fixings. I let my nose lead me to the culprit but first the BOGO bin. I purchased Progresso soup as rainy weather warrants soup and grilled cheese. I grabbed 4 different selections for the weekend. Oh joy! Now to stay focused to the deli. Ok, another stop at the bakery on my way to the deli (all these squirrels grabbing my attention lol). I didn't buy that Key Lime pie calling my name. I resisted and won! The guy was cheerful and had a Forrest Gump wave and smile while asking if I needed assistance to just let him know. I told him I'm resisting and the desserts are evil and calling my name. He chuckled. Finally, I arrived at the deli. Danielle was the best. She made effective small talk of interest while selecting my two lbs of tenders, some onion rings and ensuring I satisfied before leaving her counter. I thanked her for her courtesy and grabbed some potato salad from the cooler bin and headed toward the check out. Emily welcomed me and bagged my goods appropriately, gave me the total, handed me the receipt and wished me a pleasant night. This was a pleasure. The store was visually appealing and the floor clear from debris and moisture as it was raining pretty steady outside. I'm always impressed how their aisle and main floor is ADA conscious for their handicapped customers.

They work very quickly here, so I've never experienced longer than about a 10 minute wait. In that case, I just pop into the gift store across the hall and mull around until they are ready. The employees are friendly, but they are always very busy and working fast, so don't expect a chit-chat session with any of them... they simply don't have the time. Since this pharmacy is located in The Pavilion which connects to Baptist Hospital, you'll find odds and ends here for someone who's been admitted to the hospital such as toothbrushes, deodorant, hair brushes, shampoo, etc., etc., etc. Expect to pay hospital prices too; it's not like you're shopping at Walmart, so everything is marked up at least triple the price you'd pay anywhere else. But when you're in a pinch and need something quickly, you can probably find it here.

You know they've never applied their same rules and service to their own family that they apply to you, Mr/Ms Public. "Rules for Thee- Not for Me!" couldn't ring more true here! My favorite part of my experience visiting this "specialty" Walgreens is when they ask out loud your name, date of birth, phone number, address and the name of the medication you're picking up. They will then holler and repeat the name of everything to their coworker 5 feet away to ask if your prescription for that rash is in yet... "Oh it's not in... we need to order it for you. No, we have no idea when it will arrive or if it will arrive, you just have to keep calling us each day!" Now that's customer service!

I called all day multiple times and got no answer after staying on hold for 20+ minutes each time. I tried calling the manager of the store and when they transferred me it rang several times and hung up. Then, what's the purpose of having an express pass that is supposed to let you jump ahead of people not utilizing this? I still had to wait. Then when I asked the person at the pharmacy to ask the pharmacist a question she shuffled me to the next window, without letting me pay for my items. This was after she had me standing there for five minutes and walking back and forth and not acknowledging that I was there. After the pharmacist talks to me I have to go back in line AGAIN, and wait for the same poor customer service person to "help" me. I had the QR on my phone that pulls up my medicine and she completely ignored it and asked for my name three times because she can't spell apparently either. Then proceeds to walk around the whole pharmacy when my medication was still in the next window over where the pharmacist left it. She knew it was there because she was standing next to the pharmacist when she was talking to me. This whole store needs a staffing upgrade/retrain and to get rid of the riff raff out front. I will be changing Walgreens locations after this experience. The prior one I had here a few evenings ago was just the same. One person on staff and huge lines. When someone asked a worker over by photo for help, they said they have no idea and they don't work in the front, and walked away. Never again.
