Had a great experience here. Ordered a sub online for lunch, and it was ready right at the pick up time I chose. Whole store was clean, workers were helpful and they were fully stocked with everything. Didn't see a ton of boxes in aisles waiting to be stocked, which seems to be the norm in most places these days. The sandwich I got was the Italian sub and it was delicious. I did buy a prepared salmon meal to take home for dinner so can't wait to see how that turns out. read more

I like Publix. The store is always clean and I can almost always find what I'm looking for when I go there. The bakery section is tempting each time I visit. The atmosphere is welcoming, and friendly workers assist in making you feel relaxed and well taken care of. The cashiers are friendly as well and usually engage you in pleasant conversation while someone bags your groceries. They will even offer to accompany you to your car if you need help. Once when I visited there was a downpour outside when I was about to leave and it was impressive that they provided umbrellas at the door to borrow so you wouldn't get drenched walking to your car. I guess all of the little conveniences is why their prices are a little higher. Fortunately they have sales, so it's not too bad if I come in for a few things. They have a pretty good selection of organic produce which is nice, especially since I've had trouble locating some in other food stores of late. All in all, while I don't typically do large food shopping in Publix, I still recommend it. If money is no object when you shop, and you like a peaceful, relaxing experience in a clean supermarket, you can't go wrong with this place. read more

I placed an order in person Tuesday for a Weds aug/9 @ 2:30pm pick up, Call the store to make sure my cake was done and they could find my order. Came in earlier and show them my order slips the order was not done. I was told the decorator will work on it asap, and it will be ready on time. Happy to say the cake was better than expected, the work and quality of the work was the best, the cake looks better than the picture I showed the other person. I didn't get the name on the decorator, but I want her know I was SUPER HAPPY with what she did. She definitely knows was she is doing. Im in love with my cake, everyone enjoy it !!!! Thank you decorator you are AWSOME! Keep doing what you are doing.... You made my day! I forgot the inconvenience after i got my cake ;-) THANK YOU! read more

This customer service here needs great improving. This is a convenient location for me but every time I come here I get frustrated multiple times now I have ordered a sub for pick up an hour later only to find that it's not ready and then I have to wait another 20 minutes for them to figure it out and make it. Two weeks ago the person in the sub department just gave it to me for free. But this time I went to speak to the manager who just gave me a quick dry response and then discounted it five dollars. I love this grocery it was clean and there were tons of fruits and vegetables to choose from.

I've been here twice now and both times were bad experiences. The first time an item was showing on sale and then rang up at the register almost $2.00 higher. The second time I tried going there for a sub for lunch but since the deli person was talking too much to one customer and not showing any care for the line building up, it took her over ten minutes to make one sub. I decided to just leave and go to the other grocery store in town that sells subs. For being a new store, the service here is horrible and I definitely won't be making this a grocery store I'll visit in the future. I'll stick with the other stores available in Harrisburg and avoid this one at all costs. read more

I'm new to Publix and this has quickly become my favorite store. I love that they always have samples. These have won me over to a few new favorite items. You can try their dinner of the week in the store and if you like it all of the ingredients and the recipe cards are right there. I've tried a few of their prepared foods and everything is so good. Another thing I like about them is the selection that they have. I have never seen so many choices for things like balsamic vinegar and olives. I've been doing my weekly shopping there for about two months and I'm a fan for life. read more

I went into this store to buy diapers for my grandson they seem to have a good promotion at the time, so I got 8pks. Went to self check out to buy them and some store employee name Gabe told me he was going to limit me to only two. I told him the store policy says 8. He told me he has thr right to limit me at his discretion. I dont know what his problem was because the store had the shelf full, so I told him to keep them and went to food lion across the street. I do not recommend this store to anyone. You would think a new store would treat customers better than that. read more

When it comes to grocery shopping, Publix is a great place to shop. Their prices are a little steep compared to nearby places but they have a good selection of items and phenomenal customer service at the registers. However, I'm leaving a one-star review because of something I just witnessed as I was leaving Publix.. I watched as two employees who appeared to be at the management level tell an employee on his break who was eating dinner at the tables outside the store that he wasn't allowed to do so because of company policy.. there were no other customers sitting at any of the tables, so it's not like he was taking the seat of another customer. If that is how Publix treats their employees, I do not wish to do my business at any of their locations. read more
