I still do not understand why the box I brought was insufficient. I was asked the value of the items I was sending in connection with my 2nd package (shipping sunglasses from Sea to Cleveland, no prepaid label) and said I don't know, maybe $50-100? Eden then said well which, and I reiterated I don't know, I'm returning a friend's glasses, maybe say $100? I was then told I would need to pay for additional insurance (when I already said I wanted the cheapest option - I should've been told, at the outset, we cover X amount do you want to purchase extra). Would give 0 starts if I could. Absolute joke of a place, terrible terrible staff.

Within 1 day Nam Nguyen had a perfect black-and-white print from a photo I emailed to him - and here's the kicker, he didn't charge me for it! Said because we're neighbors (I work on the same block as his shop) it was on the house. And the photo print in black and white is perfect. So rare to meet someone like him, someone who actually listens and is interested and does his best to make someone happy.

So I called Office Depot and they didn't have any problem with my file and was able to print it out in 15 mins AND only charge me $28.
