I had to ship my record player back to the manufacturer. I had a shipping label to use, but I didn't have any packing materials. I was going to buy a box, bubble wrap, and packing materials to save money, but I decided to just let FedEx take care of it. This location had two workers and no customers in the lobby (but I was there in the middle of the day on a weekday). One of the workers greeted me immediately and started helping me. I basically gave him the record player and he recommended an appropriate box to use in order to ensure the product was shipped safely. He was extremely professional and I trusted his advice. I had to pay for the packing materials, but I thought it was reasonably priced. Also, I didn't have to wait for them to finish packing everything up, which was good since I needed to get back to work. I would definitely come here again.

Within 1 day Nam Nguyen had a perfect black-and-white print from a photo I emailed to him - and here's the kicker, he didn't charge me for it! Said because we're neighbors (I work on the same block as his shop) it was on the house. And the photo print in black and white is perfect. So I called Office Depot and they didn't have any problem with my file and was able to print it out in 15 mins AND only charge me $28. I am all for supporting local businesses but this was clear they were trying to up charge me and got mad when I kindly declined. Horrible.
