I called but the person on the phone was completely unsympathetic and very short with me - said I would need to contact the printer manufacturer, which I did (took nearly an hour to reach a live body) but the upshot is Office Depot sold me the wrong cartridge. When I got the correct product info from the mfg rep I went back to Duffas Despot and was met by a confrontational sales rep who charged me for the correct cartridge. What a disgusting experience. I'll never shop there again, despite having an Office Depot Preferred Customer status. Eff that. They're less than useless.

To preface this, I just want to say that I have used other Minuteman Press locations with no problem. I specifically sought out this location because I did not want to go to a Fedex because I've had such a good experience with MP in the past. Well, there's a first time for everything. My friend and I showed up around 9:30 AM on Friday to get a couple of illustrations printed for a comic book convention. The man helping us at the front desk was exceedingly rude to us - which I would have understood if we came in late at the day, but we were there early specifically to get things done fast and be out of everyone's hair. He was grumpy and despite us saying that we needed to be at the convention soon, did not offer any sort of an apology as he kept leaving us to take care of other orders. It's not the lateness that bothered me, but rather his demeanor. It was like he didn't want our business and just wanted us to leave. After finally getting all of our files he said they would be done in about an hour and that he would email us when they were ready to pick up. We did not get a call until past 2 PM. When I called him back, he asked if I had checked my email quote. I told him I never received an email but he insisted that he sent it to me and I needed to tell him yes or no so he can go ahead with the order. Remember - he told us initially that everything would be finished and ready to pick up in an hour. 4 hours later, and he still hadn't gotten around to printing our relatively small order. I told him to go ahead and print it and he guaranteed that we could come pick it up by the end of the day and that he would email us. I did not receive a call nor an email that day. This particular location is also closed on Saturdays and Sundays so that meant that I had no way of picking up my order at all considering I was only in town for the weekend and wouldn't be around Monday. We ended up going to the Fedex located in the convention center instead. The staff there were welcoming and helpful and did not outright lie to us about when our printing would be finished. I do a fair amount of conventions around the country, and if I'm ever back in the area - I will never be using this location again. I would advise other artists to do the same.

I recently visited this FedEx location and I had a great experience!…read more There are no FedEx Office locations close to my home, but this one is right off I5 and they have a parking lot, so it was easy to get to. I had to ship my record player back to the manufacturer. I had a shipping label to use, but I didn't have any packing materials. I was going to buy a box, bubble wrap, and packing materials to save money, but I decided to just let FedEx take care of it. This location had two workers and no customers in the lobby (but I was there in the middle of the day on a weekday). One of the workers greeted me immediately and started helping me. I basically gave him the record player and he recommended an appropriate box to use in order to ensure the product was shipped safely. He was extremely professional and I trusted his advice. I had to pay for the packing materials, but I thought it was reasonably priced. Also, I didn't have to wait for them to finish packing everything up, which was good since I needed to get back to work. I would definitely come here again.

Within 1 day Nam Nguyen had a perfect black-and-white print from a photo I emailed to him - and here's the kicker, he didn't charge me for it! Said because we're neighbors (I work on the same block as his shop) it was on the house. And the photo print in black and white is perfect. So rare to meet someone like him, someone who actually listens and is interested and does his best to make someone happy.
