Never in my life have had a "manager" like Marisol talk to me they are at she did. 4 minutes after 6pm and her being off she said " we are no longer open" and tried to end my call. Then she started huffing and puffing while on the call with me. After I told her that was rude she claimed to have asthma. She was rude short and tried to hang up on me multiple times because 4-6 minutes of using the phone with a customer was the end of the world I asked for email recap of her claiming to want to escalate with call to a district manager because I asked her to that I shouldn't worry because all calls are recorded and she didn't have to sent me an email. Is this what public storage has gone to? Is this what you guys represent? Brushing people off? Being rude? This is what customer service is in your eyes? The power of social media I will spread the word like wild fire. Your employee has my information and said she will escalate it. The onsite staff are perfectly fine and do their job. I don't appreciate the harassment I got the two (2) times I unintentionally left after hours. Speaking of hours, they make no sense. I understand having to be on guard to make sure no one is sticking around the property however, it's all automated! Is the gate part of a union? Does it have a second job? Does it get overtime? The prices are insane but what can we do when PS is part of a storage company oligopoly? Also the aspfalt is basically gravel at this point. But that's a $500,000 project that I can get you a deal on but I'm guessing you'll risk the liability. Just cut to the chase and triple everyone's storage while you can. Now for the app. This property is very close to silicon valley, hire a couple of college kids to fix it. The glitches are numerous and sometimes the app is non-functional. I'm annoyed because I was the ideal customer, I had autopay, used the stupid app, visited my unit 1 - 2 times a month to keep an eye on it. The property is convenient and outside of paving, taken care of very well. But your customer service process outside of the onsite property is unwelcoming. read more

Rented two spaces from this Public Storage location during a big home remodeling project. Very efficient process with well maintained units and a clean on-site bathroom. Reasonably priced with everything including facility access easily done through the PS app. Freddie in the front office was great, he took very good care of me - attentive, reliable and professional. read more

Great awesome service. I was having such a crappy morning and got worse during the day. At the end of my day I had to make adjustments to a unit. Received a phone call from Roxanne from PS and she was able to assist me with my problem. I was not expecting a little nice lady with a warm genuine smile to greet me and assist me with my problem. Roxanne was very professional, gave me options as to different units to choose from. She went over with me the changes, charges, terms and conditions etc. Very helpful, thoughtful and kind person. Roxanne even helped me by showing me how to properly lock the storage unit for I was having trouble. It worked like magic. I recommend this safe and secure for storage. I have been renting here for just under a year. They've upped my rent twice now to almost 100 more from what I started with. I understood the first time because I did originally make a discounted reservation. Gate hours are very limited. I left 15 minutes before close and got a text message and email the next day warning me that I was there after hours. When I first went to move in I was called the day before and told I had to go to the office before moving in. I went during their office hours and spent 30+ minutes waiting for someone to show up. I actually went home and came back. I will be leaving as soon as possible and never renting from a Public Storage again. Never had these problems at other storage places. If I didn't have to give a 30 day notice (my rent goes up sooner than that) I would put myself through the trouble of moving it all out now. read more

I can't even give 1 star. The manager is so rude. While we were attempting to move my father in law s stuff, my husband and I were helping his father load his things in the u haul. It was close to 5pm closing time. The manager screamed at us telling us we better get out of well get locked in. Mind you my father in law is in his 70s and can only move so fast. I tried reasoning with her asking to give us a few more minutes to put away what we couldn't fit in the u haul back in the storage unit. She told us to hurry bcuz at 5 o'clock she's living everything up. Leaving us in the storage. I remember this place used to close at 8 and the prior manager was a lot more friendlier. This one is what you call a b##$@. If never rent there ever a long as she's the manager. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Unless you like being treated like dog food and being spoken to a if you're a child who doesn't pay rent. read more

I made a reservation, got confirmation, later received the gate code, space number and map of where to find storage unit. Very nice not having to go to office and check in and fill a bunch of paperwork. My only complaint is that I have to buy their locks. I rented a 5x5 and that little round cylinder lock is mine when I leave but it's $19.99. I wish it just had a hasp so I could use my own lock. What can I do with the little lock they sell me? I already have 3 from previous rentals with public storage. read more

I have had a 10'x20' storage unit here for more than 9 years. In the 9 years, my rent is now at about double. It increases each year at I believe 10%. Overall, I've been happy with our unit. The facilities is clean, though a few days ago, we told Marcella about nails/screws found down the middle of one of the aisles. One night last year, there were many storage units that were broken into by, I was told, a group of kids. Though our unit was one of them, we didn't see anything missing. My main complaint and reason for only two stars is the hours. Previously, the hours were something like 6am - 9pm, which was great because if I needed something for the next day, I could run over to the unit after work or early on the weekend. Now, the hours are very limited. Mon - Fri: 9:30-6pm Sat - Sun: 9:30-5pm I can't even make it to the unit before or after work. Since I work full-time, I have to plan a week ahead of when I need the item or go on the weekends, which is an inconvenience. For what I have to pay per month, they need to extend the hours. Update 7/22: Correction - the gates open at 6am, not 9:30am. read more

Just don't get a storage here. Website says open and so does yelp. We load up cars and trucks with stuff we need to move and then we get here and the sign says closed due to power outage. Can't open the gates and no ones working to even unlock the gate door so we can at least walk our things over to our storage. It's the weekend - so I expect people would spend time to move things. My mom called in advance to see if we can move things today and they said yes. Awful experience and no one called us to say we can't come by. Now we have to drive all the way back home to unload everything we packed. read more

I've had 2 storage units here for approximately 13 years. I'm now being told I'm $171.00 etc behind on one of my units. No paperwork indicating I had missed a payment has been sent to me. I checked my payments and have not missed a payment. I spoke to the district manager who never returned my call. Ironically, 2 years ago they credited my payment to another unit. I will be filing a BBB complaint against this site. I am very disappointed with this company. read more

This type of review is not a joy to post, but I do want to warn people about the questionable business practices at this location. I kept a unit here for three years despite them raising the rent by more than 100% in that time span. Last July, I received some weird messages from the facility alerting me that my unit had been broken into multiple times (and they decided to alert me when??) with the expensive lock they forced me to purchase from the facility cut. I left multiple return messages inquiring as to why they had not replaced the lock and what they planned to do about it. No response. A few months later, I was unexpectedly laid off. This caused me to fall behind on payments by two months. I left them messages with an inquiry to work something out. No response. When I was working again (the following month), I attempted to pay the bill online and received an error so I again followed up. They had already emptied the entire unit out (selling what was easily worth $15,000) including obvious personal documents that could put my identity at risk (clearly labeled files containing original birth certificates, medical records, etc). The woman I spoke to was extremely mean and unprofessional. She went out of her way to make inappropriate attacking statements. While I understand loss of stored property is a risk when a payment is late, it seems extreme to be so quick to act when you've been successfully collecting rent for years AND have several ways to contact the person + emergency contact info on file. If they had properly reached out (or responded) to me or the other family member on file, they would have been able to resolve the issue. It is also very shady that they allowed someone to break into my unit - did nothing about it - and at the first opportunity sold the contents of the unit out from under me. read more

I have been renting a unit from Jackie for years. She, no matter what time of day I come in, always greets me with a smile, very welcoming personality. The property is maintained in a great manner, I feel when I leave that my things that are stored are safe and secure. I would recommend this property to friends and family for sure. read more

Complete GARBAGE! Make sure you find out what DAY they are going to charge you for the next month. If you start renting the storage unit on the 25th of the month, they will charge you on the 1st for the next month of storage, even if you take your items out two weeks later!!!! It is not about the time your good are there, but about them making unfair money. read more

I walked in to this business because of all the positive Yelp reviews and I was thoroughly impressed. This may sound cliche now but Jackie was incredibly genuine! She listened to what I needed and suggested the best unit accordingly. She took the time to show me what was available. What's always important for me is that people not come off real pushy and she certainly was not. In fact, she offered to help me get a unit at a different storage because what I wanted wasn't available yet but because her service was stellar I was more than happy to wait for availability and do business with her. This is a great storage facility. The employees and friendly and efficient. They were able to get us into just the right size unit, for the best price around (i know, I called!). The facility is clean and i feel safe being there with my kids, to drop off items. I have rented here a few times over the past year. I have to say that each experience that i have had with Jackie, the property manager, has been helpful, enjoyable and funny. She always makes us feel like we are welcomed anytime with any questions. She always pays attention to our needs. Makes sure that when something isnt right she does whatever it takes to handle it. I was happy to see that when my friend rented here that Jackie was still there! My friend needed boxes and moving supplies and I suggest going to her property because she was close. When we arrived , there was Jackie with a smail. She had everything we needed and helped us with getting a few other things that we needed and didnt realize would be so helpful for the move. Clean facility with clean units. I've kept a single unit here for 12 years and just before moving out of the unit, the rent had only doubled within that span of 12 years. The usual manager, Jackie, is very nice and professional about her business. I've never encountered any issues in my whole time of renting a unit from this place, other than some incidents that were no one's fault but my own. But during those incidents, Jackie, was very helpful. From time to time, I would also get friendly courtesy reminders about rent being due, which I never asked for, but was glad it was brought about. If I ever needed another storage unit again, I will definitely be returning to this place, as long as I'm still in the area. read more

Jackie was excellent. The facility is good, overall the paperwork is painless and the costs are decent.

The property manager was professional and friendly and made sure all my questions were answered. And She (Jackie) made sure the rental would really fit my needs. The unit was clean and obviously well kept. I would recommend this facility if it weren't for one thing. The HRC rating of this company is 952/1000. This company's policies are very poor when it comes to the treatment of their LGBTQ employees. This is very important to me. If the company improved it's bylaws to address the needs of it's LGBTQ employees I would gladly recommend this facility. As it stands, I will be moving out as soon as the promotion ends. read more

had a unit for 6 months and on may 1st they had 49 break ins on the same night. talk about an insecure storage facility. cameras were unable to get anything and no security or alarm on sight i guess. anyways they took my 22" vossen wheels and some atereo equipment. they left my unit unlocked with all my other items inside. i called and said i would get everything out by saturday so they wouldnt charge me the full montjs rent. they still did and the manager said she couldnt do anything and i would have to call the district manager. called them and still no response. going thru my credit card company for my refund. would not recommend these folks they are shady and keep hiking rents every few months so what you see is not what you get. beware read more
