This place is absolutely one of the worst storage facilities I've ever had to work with. Be careful because they will raise your rent in less than 6 months and have no care in the world about it. You WILL NEVER find a cart. That's a unicorn so be prepared to bring your own or have a backbreaking time getting your stuff into or out of storage. Back lower half of building always smells like pot because the non-available manager who lives on property is obviously smoking instead of working. Have been locked out by non-working gates and when you call to complain about the rent increase, they read from a paper that basically tells you they don't care. Will move out soon into a more friendly facility. Public Storage ruined this facility. read more

Constant rent increases! No carts available! I had a 10 X 15 unit at $125 a month when public storage bought out the previous owner. That was approximately September of 2021. Now in less than 3.5 years my rent has increased to $307 a month. That was final increase I'm sticking around for. As of move out, Feb. 21, 2025, there was only one cart for the entire facility. This has also been an ongoing issue since Public Storage took over. I have mentioned this to the staff in the past, but it has never been addressed. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I am baffled that a lawsuit has not been filed yet. First, I've visited here everyday for a full week and no one is ever here. The first day I came, a worker was inside but refused to come to the door. One can clearly see through the glass. They are still trying to charge after the move out date is executed. No one answers the phone, or is available for assistance even during "business hours." I have been paying for a climate controlled unit, and when I checked it today, it registered over 83° and it was humid inside. Those conditions put furniture at risk of warping, and overall damage. This is unacceptable. If you are looking for a place to store your belongings, with staff that are actually available during normal business hours, keep looking-this location is NOT it! read more

Dreadful storage place currently. Once Public Storage acquired this facility from CubeSmart the place has gone downhill ever since. The A/C barely keeps up, and the place smells like a decaying body or two locked up somewhere. My initial monthly rate back in Jan 2022 was $138 monthly. In 3 months it was raised to $184. In 9 months it was raised to $230. In 9 more months it was raised to $265. That rate lasted 12 months at least to the $307 cost now. I just GFO this past weekend. Of course there were no flatbed carts available, and the lack of carts is a big problem for everyone. BRING YOUR OWN DOLLY OR MOVING EQPT! Be forewarned that the bathrooms are always locked, and good luck finding any office personnel because the office is ALWAYS CLOSED! Oh you can always call and go through unlimited options to finally leave a voicemail with someone, haha, good luck with that. And don't even think about driving out of the facility through the exit gate, as it is a piece of continually malfunctioning crapola equipment. You have to turn around somehow and leave through the entrance gate. In summary, this place suks, and they are just printing money - your money! read more

This place is a scam and will significantly raise your rent with only a month's notice. When I first got my unit it was literally $85.00 a month, and now they are raising the rent to $206.00 for March. Be careful - they will take you to the cleaners! read more

KAREN IS THE BEST! There are lots of storage places around. I shopped quite a few and decided to pop into my local Public Storage. Karen promptly greeted me with a smile and made me feel welcome! I can tell you none of the other places did! She proceeded to LISTEN to what my requirements were, then patiently and professionally discussed my options. Karen is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and compassionate! Lord knows she had to listen to the long version of my story! But she patiently did so with a smile. She showed me 6 different storage units and fully explained everything from access/entry codes to website navigation. Karen exceeded all of my expectations! I rented a larger and more expensive storage room not than I had envisioned. All because she took the time to listen and show me the best choice for my needs, including value and convenience, I wish that I had 100 employees like her! Karen is a ROCK STAR! Signed up for a unit in January and got to the store to find out the unit we selected (on the website it was available) was actually in fact not available. We were given the next size down at the same rate. We live outside of town nine months out of the year, so when we went to pay our monthly payment in July, the market had increased our rate by $100 per month. We were just confused, but notified by email, i just missed the email in my inbox. I called the store because we are out of town, i spoke to Michalea at length about our account and what our month-to-month contract dictates. Michalea could sense confusion and tension over the phone with my husband and i, and she deflected and helped us understand why and how the market fluctuates monthly rates. Great customer service and attention to detail on Michalea's part, i think she's the manager. And for good reason!! She can hold her own against some snarky customers and is highly intelligent regarding the products she provides. Id say the 5 stars is more for Michalea! Thank you for your expertise and customer service skills. I pray your hard work does not go unnoticed. read more

I did my reservations online and that was a wonderful process. I get to the storage facility on a later date and the code sent to me via text did not work. So I drove to the office that was supposedly been open since 930a, but no body was there. Waited a entire hour and nobody showed up; I needed to buy boxes and get a code because the movers are coming today at 1pm. I am totally upset, but what difference does it make?????? money already taken for this crap and I am just left to figure it out because nobody is answering the phone. I miss how companies cared about their customer service rate needless to say keep their word., remove the fucking office hours if your not abiding by them !! or hire someone to be there or availabl; especially on the weekends. I have even tried to come on a weekday and still the same process took place so please fill the office with someone or have someone answer the freaking phone.......
