When I initially called, the female I spoke to told me that they wound waive the late fee. I still got charged the late fee. I'm still waiting for this all to be resolved. I got another text notice at 1230am the other night saying they still dont have my proof of insurance. I am not happy............

And here I am giving one of my rare 5 star reviews, so you can imagine how stupid I feel because I forgot her name. I told myself I wouldn't do that and I did. My stupidity aside, this is your place and she is your gal. First, I ordered a unit online and that was so easy. Then I called and organized the delivery of moving pods. Which sounds easy, but working with moving pods was harder than I thought it would be. And she was so nice through all of my confusion and went out of her way to help me. Which I really appreciated because I was very stressed out at the time. Then the moving day came and I had issues with the moving company and the pod company and organizing the two. I spent the whole day in the parking lot waiting on people. And I ended up having to go into the office several times that day, for various odd reasons. Every time, she had to get up and come open the door. I felt really bad about that. But she continued to be smile-y and helpful. It was a hard, painful day for me and she was the bright spot. Thank you, B--something. Oh, it's on the tip of my tongue. Paying the bill is really easy. I pay by phone, but there are, like, 3 or 4 other ways. I have a great unit. The grounds are secure. I am very happy with my whole experience.

However, they gradually increase the rent for the same unit, which is a blatant scam. They also claim that the unit's price will increase in 30 days, but a few days later, they charge the new price that was supposed to be implemented 30 days later. The company is incredibly unprofessional and unresponsive, especially the management. I've visited their office three times to address these issues, and they promise that Yolanda Pena will contact me. She never does. I've also called their number and spoken to the call center, who assures me that the property manager will contact me. Yet, she never does either. Overall, US Storage Centers is a terrible company that shows no regard for its customers, rent elsewhere.

What immediately stood out was how clear and transparent their pricing is. I submitted an interest form, and the property manager called me first thing the next day, which I really appreciated. We went over pricing, lot sizes, and availability, and I was assured they had my preferred unit size available (I'm planning to go up in size at this location). The best part of the conversation? Even though I'm not quite ready to move yet (likely within the next month or so) I was told they would still honor the promotional pricing whenever I'm ready to move in. That flexibility and honesty went a long way. So far, the experience has been very positive and professional. I'll be sure to follow up with another review once we've moved in and everything has settled, but this was a great first impression.

Angie always has a cheerful tone in her voice. Beautiful exterior. I utilized this location for about 2 years. I loved the location as it was on the way to & from work & conveniently located close to our old house and our new house construction site in The Canyons. I had a great experience. Staff was always friendly and helpful, the place was always clean, never had any billing issues. If I ever need it again they will be the first I go to.
