North Richland Hills Secure Storage has taken over this facility. I rented a Uhaul truck through…read morehere. I got the truck and only drove 9 miles (on the invoice) I also put $3.00 of gas in the truck. When I got the invoice, saw I was charged $15.75 for 3 gals of gas! I called and spoke to Sherry and she immediately became confrontational and insulting, also lying saying that the marker on gas tank was not where it was when I got the truck. (Untrue!) I was asking her to justify charging me for 3 gallons of gas when it clearly shows on invoice that I only drove 9 miles. She never would or could answer this question, she just kind of kept trying to blame Uhaul. So, I asked her if Uhaul put the charge on the invoice or she did. Well, she finally said that she put the charge on the bill!! AVOID THIS PLACE like the plague! Unless you want to deal with a lying, confrontational, rude and insulting individual that will OVERCHARGE YOU!!
