Four young men and two 26' trucks showed up right on time and worked nonstop at an extremely rapid pace to load up extremely heavy furniture and oversized belongings in 3-4 hours (including elevator time) . When they got to the new home, it was about half the time to unload, hook up appliances, and rearrange furniture I requested a couple of times. Everything arrived like it left, nothing broken and the estimate they gave me was spot on. The guys were courteous, strong, and hardworking. Highly recommend

THEY BILLED ME $1785, and took TWO days to pack. NOT what the Customer Service rep promised AHEAD of my booking. She said (as does website) they'll send 2 - 4 movers to expedite packing. Instead 2 dedicated but unsupported by their company movers showed up and BUBBLE WRAPPED EVERY SINGLE THING (then took a photo) and insisted they'd get fired if they didn't. The plastic kitchen small trash can? YES. ALSO BUBBLE WRAPPED. The individual plastic patio plates? YES. ALSO INDIVIDUALLY BUBBLE WRAPPED. So in 10 hours they did NOT "pack" my SINGLE PERSON 1BR apt. (half of which I'd packed myself prior to their arrival). A SECOND DAY to move was added - which is not easy when you live in uptown Dallas high rise - I had to secure the freight elevator and moving hours etc. AGAIN, the final bill was THREE TIMES what THEY quoted me. After multiple "customer service" conversations they have offered to take $100 off. Soooooo IF you want your few belongings packed OVER TWO DAYS and to the tune of THREE TIMES THE EXPECTED BILL move forward. If you value your TIME, MONEY and LIFE ENERGY... like this post and GO FIND ANYONE (and I do mean ANYONE) else to help you move.

I appreciated the call and I was able to work with that. Prior to my move-in day I was in communication with one of their customer service reps, Priscilla. She was very helpful, great about answering the phone and responding to emails in a timely manner, and provided excellent customer service in regard to scheduling and answering all my questions. As a consumer who has lived without parents since 20-years old, I have worked hard for everything that I own. This particular situation has proven that companies like Grey Wolf are only concerned about their receipt of payment and not the service provided. I only wish I had time to detail the experience but trust me, it has changed my outlook on life and resources. If you hire them, WATCH THEM LIKE A HAWK! They did a decent job moving our new baby grand piano. However, they did not test it after the…read moremove. My wife sat down to play it and the foot pedals would not move. I called them and he said he would try to get his guys back out here to fix it. He never called back and left me hanging. I had to call a piano repair person to come here and fix the problem. He knew exactly what was wrong after telling him I had movers move the piano. The repair guy said they should have checked it to make sure it was all good before leaving, because when you turn a piano upright to move it the bar inside the piano that controls sustain will fall out of place and they should have known better. So, to sum up, the owner of Brazos movers should have told me his movers did not know squat about pianos, a $650 charge + tip. Then, he did not call me back to let me know his guys were coming the next few days to fix it. He just blew me off. Why? The movers don't know anything about fixing a piano if they break it. DO NOT HIRE these people. The owner is not an honest business person.

The day that I moved, we were moving from apartment building 3 to apartment building 2. I was pregnant at the time so my ability to do things like lift boxes or move. Furniture was extremely limited. Even though it was not Sunday, they have a very specific policy about Sunday moving, but was in the middle of the week. I was given a quote stating that it's a minimum of five hours to move my belongings. I opted to go with this company because I had heard a lot of good things through the grapevine so you have to imagine my disappointment. When not only did they slow down to meet that five hour minimum that was falsely quoted. But a good number of my items were damaged. I was asked by one of the representatives to leave a good review after I spoke with them about the damages and the concerns that I had about this particular company and how my items retreated, and how moving from apartment on one side of the complex to the other side of the complex was more expensive than moving from North Richland Hills, Texas to The Colony, Texas. They asked me to leave a good review because the person who had set up my case was due for a annual review or a merit review of some kind or bonus review of some kind and a bad review would have hurt them in that. I opted to just not leave a review. In addition to all of that, I was told that the owner/manager of this particular branch of two men and a truck moving was going to reach out to me. I specifically said that I needed him to reach out to me at my cell phone after 4 PM central time. Something that every single other person that I spoke to was able to do. Not only did that manager wait to call me for months, but he called me in the middle of my workday. I explained that I couldn't talk now and I would need to have him call me back after 4 PM central time I never heard from them again. In short, I wouldn't really recommend this company. Being given a quote related to hourly pricing, and then being quoted that I would have to pay minimum of five hours when that is only their policy on Sundays. It left a really bad taste in my mouth and has made me really research and try to find better moving companies because this is the second miss that I have had with suggested/recommended companies in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

(with one bookcase disassembled and the bed frame disassemble) Explained when setting up the appointment that I needed morning because I work nights at a rehab center and the date of pickup would be a 16 hour shift for me. No response. I had a feeling they would try to renegotiate the cost given the iffy appraisal range and you can see I called it into question. Then I see this other review concerning an elderly person. yeah, I won't be using them.
