Terrible customer service. Worst customer service ever. Tried to talk to a human to solve my problem. Was repeatedly sent to chatbot. Problem never resolved. Put on hold for10 minutes. Chatbot did not communicate with me. Chatbot finally tried to communicate two hours later. read more

Extensive water damage to items in the storage unit following a rain. Was not water tight with a large stream pouring through the unit. Manager was notified and absolutely no help nor responsible. Damage near $1,000. I was under the assumption when rented that it was secure and not exposed to the elements?? Could not add photos, but do have them and proof of damages... read more

I do not recommend using Public Storage at all. The access to human support or local support has been zero. The units are not acceptable.

For the first several weeks the right entrance was always open. I checked into my unit (B43) and it was covered in dirt and leaves and there were dried water stains on the generic plywood floor. The ceiling even had a hole in it. When mentioned to the man on the phone, he suggested that if I was worried about these things I should get a tarp. Instead, I took my chances and found somewhere else to move my things to. I had this unit for less than a month and left it cleaner than when I moved in. Also, I'm glad I chose something at the top of the hill considering how my unit had water stains, I can't imagine what the units look like on the bottom part of each row. The property slants downward and all the water has to hit the lower garages with each lane. read more

I purchased a unit 4 months ago. Set up auto pay. It was turned off for 2 months by the system and even went to manager on- site to activate it. Turned off again and was charged a $40 late fee. Now they are saying there is a rate increase in my unit without prior notice! Customer service was rude and refused to listen that auto pay had a glitch. I work for a moving company and every customer has a complaint about something from public Storage! I'm out and will tell clients to do the same! read more

DO NOT rent here! It seemed fine at first; entry app worked fine, unit was decent and dry. Major issues with trying to leave - once I moved my things out and canceled my service, I was still charged for months after that. The app listed the move-out as successful, it said everything was fine, but it listed an overdue charge. Called management multiple times, everyone seemed incredibly helpful and I was told that it was all taken care of. However that was never true. The overdue charge never went away, and I started getting collections calls. Absolutely ridiculous. After fighting for months, I just paid the charge (out of my already-tight grocery money, for a service I wasn't using!) so that collections would leave me alone. TERRIBLE experience, do not rent here. read more

Seemed great at first, the problem came when it was time to move out. I canceled renting with them, emptied the unit, and moved out. I was still charged for the next month's rent. When I called the office I was told that it would be taken care of. Problem solved, I thought. The charge was not removed. So I called again. Same thing. I was told that they would "escalate the matter" and management would take care of it. Never happened. I called multiple times and was brushed aside or had "calls dropped" multiple times. Eventually, I started getting calls from collections about the matter and finally just gave up and paid two months rent for a unit that I was not using. They have been very unprofessional and I do not recommend them to anyone. There were also a lot of spiders and stink bugs in the unit. read more

I had some questions about an storage unit and a guy named Chris helped me out with some good customer service. Thanks!!

I had a great experience booking a storage unit today. This is my 2nd unit which I have been pleased with. Denell (the on-site manager) was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them for your storage needs read more

Denell was so helpful from the first time I spoke with her to walking us to our storage spot. Coming here from out of state, I had many questions that she had all the answers for. Thanks again for making this so easy Denell! read more

Denell was soooo helpful in finding a unit that would fit my boat. She showed me exactly where I will be and got me the best deal on it! I will definitely be recommending this location to all of my friends and family :) read more

This is my first experience in renting a storage unit. I did it all online and everything went well. When I arrived the unit was very clean. I like the idea of being able to open the gate with their app on my phone. read more

Everything was very easy and turn key and the unit was already pre-staged with a lock and key waiting for me. I would definitely recommend public storage. read more

Denell was very helpful, had a few odd requests that she had to get approval from upper management to permit, but she spent more time and effort to contact them and get it set up than I would have expected. She did a wonderful job read more

the Mobile check in process worked without a hitch, the staff was helpful when we had questions, and the move in process went without a hitch. Thank you @Public Storage. read more

National call center was useless. Their role was to capture all my personal information to pass on to the local location. Pricing could not be confirmed by either the national call center or local office. Prices changed by the minute online. Restrictions and additional fees were not discussed until I went to the location in person. Worst of all, Denelle previewed the units with me. They were full of water. A storage unit that floods - not my choice! This company is a joke. Do not do business here. They wasted my time. read more

Denell was great. She answered all our questions was very knowledgable which made the process very easy

This property is minimally maintained. The weather-stripping on our unit door has been ripped off for months. I've had a bag of winter clothing chewed up by mice and it had to be discarded. We transfered everything to storage tubs to avoid further damage. However I've found water resting in the lids of the storage tubs due to a leak in the ceiling of the unit. This is not the first unit we've had that has had a leak. We've moved units before for this reason. The price has been increased twice since we started using this facility three years ago. We pay $85 for a 5X10. This seems high, especially for a poorly maintained property. As soon as we are able, we'll be moving to a different storage company. read more

Really, what do you need in a storage facility? Early Morning and evening easy Access, a tidy and ordered facility, good security, friendly pricing and helpful associates??? If that's the long and short of it, this is your place! read more

I called this location to get some information on the units, and spoke with a woman names Crystal. I have to be honest and say that I've always been skeptical about storage units. After speaking to Crystal, with her knowledge, her kind disposition, and how polite and helpful she was, I feel comfortable, and will be purchasing a unit to put my valuables in. I can't express how happy I am with the service that Crystal gave to me. read more

Would have done no stars, but it wasn't an option! I would not recommend this facility to anyone. Couldn't even get through the paperwork process before we walked out in frustration. The 'manager' of the facility could not operate outside of her normal routine and was determined to make the process as painful and inconvenient as possible. Finally had to walk away when we were told that she couldn't rent the unit to us unless we had a lock with us. Even though we had been there a week earlier and then made an appointment to come do paperwork, at no point were we informed that we needed to bring anything with us. On top of everything else, the office reeks of stale cigarette smoke so bad it's difficult to breath in there! read more

Quick and easy process to get setup with a storage unit. Friendly staff. Moving supplies readily available.

In general the service is pretty good. Many issues with Crystal in the past & glad she is gone. I've talked with the new main manager a few times & she's been fine. I especially want to single out Jim, who works there on Mon. & Tues. He's always friendly & helpful. The only thing I think that needs to be improved is the snow removal in the wintertime which on a few occasions has not been satisfactory, making it difficult to get in & out of my unit. read more

Fair. Its a self storage place so i'm not sure you can expect a lot. Ok here's my experience. Nickel and dime you. $20 for the lock, really $20? You can get like a 5 pack of locks down the road at home depot for that. Mad customer points = 3. Contents insurance - $8 per month. unless you can prove your homeowners insurance covers it. Which it turns out mine does. Still had to buy it on the spot the day the rental started. took 3 months to get around to cancelling it. Cost $24. Mad Customer points = 15. CLimate controlled unit. Costs WAY more. Wife says gotta have it for the artwork. OK no biggie. 4 1/2 months later I got a notice that they were no longer going to control the climate. Ok so do I get the non-climate controlled rate. No. What??? Extra $50 per month and no climate control. YOu gotta be kidding. Mad customer points = 57. I can't wait to get outta this place. New house in 6 weeks. Just stick it out. 6 months, introductory rate expires. Another $50 per month. Mad Customer points = 335. Getting the heck outta that place = priceless. Look... for short term (like less than 3 months) it would be ok as long as you're not getting completely hosed on the climate control unit. Good luck. read more

Beware - they are a rip off. I sent notice to vacate a month ago not one word about how they don't prorate the final bill. I always paid online and have never paid late. I have rented for years so the original contract is not real fresh either. It's really sad I could have moved out a couple of days ago and I would have saved almost two hundred dollar. Not one mention of that on their web vacate information page. It directs you to the office for your final bill. They do that for two reasons. One to make sure all of you accounts are up to date. The second to tell you that you are required to pay for a full month even though I only needed the unit the first two days of the new month. I am a senior person and out work because I'm to old no jobs for the elderly. For someone like me every penny counts. Thanks a lot for screwing the Elderly. I will never rent or recommend public storage again. Greed had taken over America its really said our country and business like Pubic Storage feeds on older people and greed. It's a sad sad operation. read more

I was able to secure a unit and sign all the paperwork within 30 minutes. Great overall experience and very speedy.

Denell was very helpful and knowledgable. She confirmed the storage size I needed and did the paperwork in a timely fashion.
