Really disappointed with this company. I made the mistake of renting a unit when I was out of town,…read moretrusting that they would give me what I needed, and I was sadly mistaken. I needed a flat entryway to park my cars as well as some type of electric outlet so that I can plug in a battery Tinder. They gave me a unit and told me it's exactly what I needed and when I got there two weeks later, it was not. When I called to let them know that the original salesman was dishonest. All they did was refund me a prorated amount and kept the rest of the money. For sure will never rent from these guys. I don't like doing business with dishonest people.

I've used this self storage facility for the last year and haven't had any issues! The location is…read moreeasy-to-access in East Nashville, and typically pretty clean. Anytime I've had to speak with a team member, they've been able to quickly help me with any questions or requests. I also appreciate that they have a staffer on-site on Saturdays, as other self storage facilities do not. Monthly payments are easy to manage via auto-pay or the CubeSmart app. If you stop by during the work week, you'll probably have the place to yourself. Any weekend visits are sure to be a bit busier - however I'm usually still able to find parking right in front of the main loading area. I recommend this CubeSmart location to anyone looking for convenient and cost-effective storage in East Nashville.

ClosetBox was a welcomed option after getting quotes from both movers and storage companies…read more ClosetBox has a nice business model that simplifies the process for the customer. I didn't have to coordinate with two companies nor did I have to chase people down to answer questions. On relatively short notice, they got me moved without any issues. Best of all, the process was streamlined and efficient. The sales process is uncomplicated and customer service is pro-active. The economics are very competitive (I save ~$75-$100 per month on storage) which adds up. Retrieval from storage does need to be coordinated through the Closetbox representatives who request 24-48 advance notice. I am comfortable recommending the ClosetBox service.

The company states I can expect to receive approximately $120 back in return for my irreplaceable $600 chest of drawers and the $1800 I spent total storing it for 18 months. A terrible experience and I cannot discourage you enough from using them.

This place actually deserves 0 stars but that isn't an option…read more I began renting at this facility in December 2025. The rental rate was $25 a month. The lease agreement states I'll be notified 30 days before in writing when the rate increases. I set up auto pay and didn't really think about it. A few days ago I was charged $67 for the same unit. When I looked back in my email I received an invoice 14 days prior. I called today requesting a refund since I was not notified in time. They are outright refusing to honor their own contract. The man I spoke with alleges they cannot process a refund. Which is an outright lie because if you can process a payment you can process a refund. He tried to offer me a credit for next month which was inadequate. I reiterated to him that I do not want a credit because I no longer feel comfortable being a customer. He was rude and dismissive and alleged he could not transfer me to someone else. I have no other choice but get my attorney involved. This company is a total scam. Pay more on the front end and go with a reputable company who actually cares about their customers.
