AJ, a female "manager" at this company is horrific. Truly. We ended up cancelling and moving out of a large unit that we rented just two days after move-in due to the harassing and unprofessional nature that AJ carried herself with. When my girlfriend and I were moving things in, she immediately targeted her. Unsure on if it was motivated by a "bad day" or some other prejudice. She was way too interested in the contents of what we were storing... why would an employee be so interested in what you are leaving unattended? Spoiler alert: it was tools and materials that wouldn't fit in our garage. Kind of the exact reason storage units exist. Next came the name calling and her aggressive conversation. It seemed an awful lot like she wanted to pick a fight. The final straw was meeting another customer who had a unit on the same floor as us. He said he had similar hostile interactions with AJ. He said that she has repeatedly yelled at him, sometimes with a microphone, and that apparently its a commonly known issue at this location. Rod - I hope whoever owns this locations sees this and puts you in a stronger position over there. Whoever is deciding to keep AJ employed.... mistake.

After speaking with the Manager, Robert Craig and seeing the facility for myself I had no qualms about storing the items there and never felt a need to check on the items while they were in storage. Robert was easy to get a hold of whenever I had a question and even was willing to wait for me at closing time the day I brought my items there as I had been traveling all morning from out of state. Next time I am in need of a storage facility A+ Storage will again be my choice.

The space is very secure, extremely clean, well lit and climate controlled. Going to storage is never a super-fun activity, but A+ made it very easy to retrieve anything we needed, or to drop off any item we didn't need at the time. Robert, the owner, was always available to answer any questions, and was a pleasure to do business with. I highly recommend A+ Storage to anyone in need of storage unit.

I kept updated on my payments and abided by the contract…read more In May I checked the unit and found many of the boxes were wet and items ruined with moisture and mold. when I called the office to complain, the manager asked "is that the unit with a hole in the roof?" unlike myself who abided by the contract. Public storage rented me a unit knowing it had a leak in the roof. They committed fraud when they failed to have full faith and disclosure when renting the unit. The manager became argumentative when asked why they would know rent a unit with a hole in the roof. she said it was an old building and they have problems. When corporate was contacted, they acted concerned, created a "ticket", said they'd get back to me in one day. That was a week ago. As for my damaged property? The manager said turn it into insurance and washed their hands of the whole the whole thing.

I never worried about my storage unit being broken in to and it never was. The manager, I forget her name but she was always very nice and even when my friend accidentally broke off my key while it was In the lock (long story) she offered to replace my lock for free when she didn't have to (and it was the most expensive lock they sell). I may have been late paying rent a couple of times but the manager was always kind and helpful. The manager deserves to be promoted, give her a corporate job. She's surpassed her duties as a location manager. The only down side of this public storage is that it's not in the best location but it's always been secure and I've never seen or heard of any problems. The only they could of done better is give me a discount as I rented from them for as long as I did hahah. 9/10 rating overall.
