They were friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable especially Shana. They answered all my questions, helped me find the perfect unit size, and made sure I understood the security features and access process. The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and secure. The gated access and surveillance cameras gave me peace of mind knowing my belongings are safe. I also really appreciate how organized everything is -- wide driveways, and excellent lighting. Customer service like this is rare these days, and the team here truly stands out. Highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable, safe, and affordable storage with top-notch service!

If you care about the items you store, do not rent here. They knew that I wasn't local and always busy so they snail mailed a notice of temination of my agmt for no reason giving me less than 10 days to vacate or they would "dispose" of the items left at their discretion aka appropriate your property for no compensation causing me an incredible ordeal to coordinate a move at the last minute. Clearly I vacated immediately but wanted others to beware of this company's unethical business practices. Handy with your belongings.

Never will I rent from the Coral Gables location again and I urge you not to either. The elevators…read moreare a lifeline to their business and they never work. The day we moved in there, one elevator was working and it was packed because the day before, neither elevators were working. This is unacceptable. Then, about a month and a half into our service, I got an email move out notice, telling me they appreciate our business and have moved out our items. This was obviously a mistake and it was meant for somebody else but that sent me into a panic and though I called over there, it took a while for someone to contact me back. Lastly, August 1 was our move out day and not only is it the first of the month, but also a weekend and we flew from our home city to work on the move out, rented a U-Haul and hand truck, only to find out the elevators are out of service!! We are on the seventh floor, so it's not possible to remove any of our items. Obviously, another big problem and totally unacceptable. Currently, we are halfway into Sunday and elevators are still are not working and we can't get any answers as to if they're working on them. This not only forces us to spend more money, but disrupts our everyday as we have to go back to work tomorrow, Monday and have flight flights scheduled back to our home city. Our entire weekend, it was scheduled around our move out, has been completely disrupted and ruined. It is definitely the perfect storm and the worst situation.
